ORDER
The Committee on the Welfare of Women, Children and Physically
Handicapped (2011-2014) in their 61h Report has recommended to grant Special
Casual Leave to the employed mother of children who undergo Chemotherapy
for the treatment of Cancer, Dialysis for treatment of Kidney and affected with
HIV.
(2) Government have examined the matter in detail and are pleased to
sanction Special Casual Leave for a period up to 15 days in a calendar year to the
officers (father or mother) having children below 18 years of age who undergo
Chemotherapy for the treatment of Cancer, Dialysis. for the treatment of Kidney
and children affected with HIV on production of a certificate to that effect, from
an authorised medical officer attending the child, subject to the following
conditions:
