Anarchist group ANA Regensburg hosted my online-presentation on 16th of May 2024, in which I discussed tactics of anti-war activism in Russia, and reasons why the anti-war movement has not been able to make an impact to change the course of events yet. Cases of anarchists repressed for anti-war activities are presented, as well as strategies of support for political prisoners, and modest successes in supporting their struggles.

At Up the Ratios, we believe that every student, regardless of their socio-economic background, should have access to the tools and knowledge needed to succeed in today's technology-driven world. In the Govemment Order read above, it has been ordered, among other
things, that the officers who enter into Leave Without Allowance under
Appendix XII A/XII C, Part I, Ketala Service Rules will not be permitted to
rejoin duty before the expiry of sanctioned term of Leave WithoutAllowance.
(2) It has come to the notice of the Government that the above
restriction has caused so many difficulties to those employees who wish to
rejoin duty after cancelling unavailed portion of Leave Without Allowance
underAppendix XII A and XII C, Part I, Kerala Service Rules.
(3) Government, after having examined the matter in detail, are pleased
to permit those Government employees who have been granted Leave Without
Allowance under Appendix XII Ai XII C, Kerala Service Rules to rejoin duty
in the next arising vacancy on their application by cancelling the unavailed
portion of Leave Without Allou,ance. The time lag between the date of
requesVreport for duty and the actual date of rejoining duty will be treated as
extension of Leave Without Allowance as clarified in Circular No.l5l9)lFin
dated 20.03.1990.
