This document proposes a toolkit called SpatzAI to help protect creative team members from unfair criticism that stifles innovation. The problem is that some team members are reluctant to share radical solutions due to "browbeating naysayers". The toolkit uses data and AI to predict team success and includes tools like an objection charter and democratic peer review. The goal is to test the toolkit on 10 teams with 100 people to develop the product and validate the approach before marketing it to tech companies. $50,000 is being requested to fund the pilot program.
