 Handling Professional Banker (PB) course related enrollments and queries.
 Send out evaluation tests to potential PB Associates and report the results to the concerned
managers.
 To ensure that the required approvals are obtained by the PB associates from their respective line
managers to attend the courses opted for on the allocated dates.
 Enroll associates on Oracle to courses suggested by the GT Advisors.
 To go through the learning history of the associate and ensure the pre-requisite courses are
completed.
 Ensure to get approvals from the program manager for the associates who are eligible for
exemption of certain courses.
 Raise Purchase Orders on Oracle.
 To Ensure the minimum number of associates are present for each course.
 To cancel the course with the vendor within the stipulated timeline if there is a shortage of
associates for a course.
 Make sure the catering sheet is updated every week depending upon the number of courses.
 Send out the calendar invites to the associates for the courses.
 Inform the associates and the managers of the cost that can be incurred if absentees of an associate
is not informed within the given timeline.
 E mail the associates any pre course material that needs to be send out.
 E mail the trainer the list of associates attending the course 1 day prior.
 Update the list of attendees and absentees on Oracle on the day of the course.
 Inform the line managers of the absentees from their department.
 Distribute and maintain Evaluation forms and Assessment tests given to the Associates end of
each course.
 Update their assessment scores on Oracle.
 Close the course on Oracle on the last day of each course.
 Inform the respective GT teams when any course is overbooked and accordingly make
arrangements with the vendor for a new class to accommodate the demand.
 Handle all queries coming in from associates related to Professional Banker courses.
Intern-Human Resource, Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Team(6 months, November-May)
Responsibilities
 Providing quality service to all NBAD Head Office customers through email, telephone and face
to face communications.
 Upload candidate CVs to TALEO System. Update them and tag them to the concerned Positions.
 Provide coordination support as directed by the Talent Acquisition Team.
 Initiate and Manage the Tawteen Council filing of roles
 Apply for CID and Central bank approvals for the hired candidates.
 Complex scheduling and coordinating of all candidate interviews to include phone screens, F2F

 Organizing flights and travel arrangements.
 Ensure all the documents necessary for joining NBAD are updated and ready for the onboarding
