Send out evaluation tests to potential PB Associates and report the results to the concerned
managers.
To ensure that the required approvals are obtained by the PB associates from their respective line
managers to attend the courses opted for on the allocated dates.
Enroll associates on Oracle to courses suggested by the GT Advisors.
To go through the learning history of the associate and ensure the pre-requisite courses are
completed.
Ensure to get approvals from the program manager for the associates who are eligible for
exemption of certain courses.
Raise Purchase Orders on Oracle.
To Ensure the minimum number of associates are present for each course.
To cancel the course with the vendor within the stipulated timeline if there is a shortage of
associates for a course.
Make sure the catering sheet is updated every week depending upon the number of courses.
Send out the calendar invites to the associates for the courses.
Inform the associates and the managers of the cost that can be incurred if absentees of an associate
is not informed within the given timeline.
