ABSTRACT: India is plagued by high levels of unemployment. Government in collaboration with private stakeholders have initiated numerous interventions to encourage entrepreneurship, however not enough progress has been made up to date. This can be attributed to the lack of understanding of the attitudes and perceptions among the youth towards entrepreneurship. The Kerala state is known to be the high literacy area of India being the highest graduates as well as commerce graduate qualified of the country. The scarcity of employment opportunities in the formal market is the source of the high unemployment rate among graduates. The University students possess a high potential in terms of starting their own businesses ventures due to their levels of education. The question is: Do they possess a positive attitude towards entrepreneurship? Problem of poor attitudes towards Entrepreneurship among graduates will continue to contribute towards high levels of unemployment.

Indian retail is dominated by a large number of small retailers consisting of the local kirana shops, owner-manned general stores, chemists, footwear shops, apparel shops, paan and beedi (local betel leaf and tobacco) shops, hand-cart hawkers, pavement vendors, etc. which together make up the so-called "unorganized retail" or traditional retail. The last few years have witnessed the entry of a number of organized retailers opening stores in various modern formats in metros and other important cities. Unorganized retailers normally do not pay taxes and most of them are not even registered for sales tax, VAT, or income tax. (Zia and Azam, 2013)
Retailing in India is predominantly unorganized. According to a survey by AT Kearney, an overwhelming proportion of the Rs. 400,000 crore retail markets are unorganized in India. In fact, only a Rs. 20,000 crore segment of the market is organized.

Green or eco-friendly products are products friendly to the environment and have a very little or nil impact on the environment. In the last few decades, the stricter rules and regulation and global pressure to mitigate and decrease the carbon emissions all over has encouraged the corporate to look into the issue of depleting natural resources and environmental diversity. These days, Green has become a password for companies to promote their products and services in the market. The study shows the consumers' perception about green or eco labelled products and their buying behaviour trends according to the availability or capability of the consumers. Obviously, an ethical business operation, production, and marketing of green products pursue a consumer to change his/ her buying decision and their perception about the products. AN OVERVIEW OF MICRO INSURANCE INDUSTRIES IN INDIARAVICHANDIRANG
Micro insurance is one of the unique and important segments of
insurance which provides financial assistance to the poor people in the
country. Reaching the micro insurance to all is also a part of financial
inclusion. The IRDA on 30th November 2005 regulation act micro
insurance products was implemented in India. The salient feature of
the life insurance, Health insurance, Crop insurance, Lives stock
insurance or cattle insurance and Asset insurance is product offer to
low income people. According to IRDA the term micro insurance
comprises two words “Micro” which means “Affordable to the poor”
and Insurance means “Risk Pooling to compensate to individual and
group”. Micro insurance is a key element in the financial services
package for mass people, particularly for economically weaker section of
people. The poor people face more risks than the well off, but more
importantly they are more vulnerable to the same risk. With this view
the present paper tries to discuss the distribution of micro insurance in
India.

Building Positive Employment Relations in India: The Way Forwardchikatisrinu
There has been a persistent and pervasive incidence of poverty, unemployment and social exclusion and the resultant social turbulence all over the developing world even after their following neo-liberal policies. The employment relations and labor market institutions have been undergoing sweeping changes since last two decades all over the world and more particularly in the developing countries like India due to the ongoing globalization and the resultant hyper-competition, rapid technological and product innovations and the ICT revolution. Under the influence of new world order, the employers in India both pub-lic and private sector have resorted to massive restructuring of their businesses in order to gain competitive advantage and to survive and grow in the competitive global markets. This has also resulted in restructuring of their internal labor markets.
Abstract
Over the years, several studies have been carried out to establish the relationship between
economic growth and unemployment but limited attention was given to the role of
inflation on the relationship between economic growth and unemployment. Therefore,
this study investigates the role of inflation on economic and unemployment in Nigeria
over the period 1981 to 2018 through the application of Auto-regression Distributed Lag
(ARDL) model. The ARDL Bounds test to co-integration revealed that unemployment,
economic growth, inflation rate and interaction term do not have long run relationship.
Furthermore, the result of the short run ARDL estimate revealed that economic growth
has significant positive relationship with unemployment when economic growth interacts
with inflation rate over the period under study and the relationship is significant only at
maximum and mean level of inflation rate. Based on the result, the study recommends that
government should formulate policies to control the level of inflation rate to a minimal
level.

• The main text of the teaching case should have: Abstract (150–200 words); Keywords (5–7 words);
Introduction; Body of the text; Questions/issues for a teaching case only; in-text citations and references
as per APA Style, 6th
edition; Annexures (diagrams, images, figures, tables, graphs); endnotes (if any) and
bio briefs of each author in not more than 25 words.
• Teaching notes should follow the structure: Teaching objectives, Target audience, Number of teaching
sessions, Author’s analysis of each question raised, and Suggested further reading. Teaching notes are not
published. Interested readers are advised to approach the corresponding author to get the teaching notes.
• Contributors must provide their affiliation, complete postal and e-mail addresses. In case there are two or more
authors, the corresponding author’s name and contact details should be clearly indicated on the first page.
Spelling and numerical usages
• Use British rather than American spellings. Use the ‘z’ variant of British spelling.
• While referring to periods/decades, use ‘nineteenth century’/‘1980s’. Spell out numbers from one to nine,
10 and above to remain in figures. However, for exact measurements use only figures (3 km, 9 per cent
not %). Use thousands and millions (e.g., not lakhs and crores).
Quotations, notes, tables and figures
• Use single quotes throughout. Double quotes should only be used within single quotes. Spellings
of words in quotations should not be changed. Quotations of 45 words or more should be indented from
the text.
• Endnotes should be numbered serially, the numbers embedded in the manuscript. The notes should be
presented at the end of the article. Notes must contain more than a mere reference.
• All figures, i.e., diagrams, images and photographs, and tables should be provided separate from the text
at the end and numbered in the order that they appear in text. Locations of tables and figures should be
indicated in the text using callouts (e.g., ‘[see Table 1]’). Each figure and table should have a heading,
an explanatory caption if necessary, and a source or reference in a separate file. All photographs and
scanned images should have a resolution of minimum 300 dpi and 1500 pixels and their format should be
.eps/.tiff/.jpeg. Due permissions should be taken for copyright protected photographs/images.
