SSP to conduct HR Help Desk of all clients and ensure all
clients are on 100 % Hygiene Factor.
Candidate data to be uploaded regularly in Software
SSP to make sure use of MMAC (Mobile software) by
every associate
Scope of work
SSP will regularly interact with Customer and aim to
generate more business
SSP will periodically interact with Associates to understand
concern and solve
SSP will maintain 100% transparency in business and share
all documentation with Corporate office
SSP will periodically attend for business review meeting
SSP will share relevant documents and MIS report as and
when asked for by the corporate office
Cardinal rules
SSP will never collect money from prospective associates against job opportunity
SSP is brand custodian of Million Minds, he will never do anything which damages Million Minds brand and have trust
deficit with customers.
SSP will maintain complete confidentiality in business relation and shall not disclose with any one about the commercial
or business tie-up expect asked by govt. department and need to inform corporate office before sharing, if in a situation
where the same approval could not be taken, CP will only disclose only the amount of information which is required to
be shared with govt. authorities.
