We are handling the largest fulfilment centre GROFERS, handling highest order
delivered for customer for PAN INDIA
Grofers is a hyperlocal logistics company which providing reliable delivery
solutions that connect local merchants to users through a mobile application based
platform.
Currently managing a team of 150 employees in a highest order processing hub
in India with more than 1500 order per day and delivering them within a promised lead
time of 90 minutes.
Job Responsibilities:
 Process Improvement: Identifying the gaps in process and areas of
improvement by taking data derived decisions to maximize resource efficiently
and deliver best results.

• Developed a system of track all the orders of a customer based on Cart Checkout
System so that a single delivery executive can deliver those order at one go
reducing the utilization of manpower and increasing the efficiency of the system
which in turn saved Rs.25,000 per day. This method was later used in pan India.
• With the abnormal growth in order volumes, I have developed the system to
deliver scheduled orders through van by selecting merchants that are nearby and
delivering 10+ customers in one trip by delivery executive making more efficient
utilization of manpower and lowering headcount in the system.
• Changed the previous ‘Infinite vessel capacity system’ to ‘Pre-defined capacity
planning’ by forecasting of orders for better management of order volumes
within each hub. This has provided better control of hubs by the management.
• I was given a performance hike of 43% by the vice-president of the company.
