project leads & resource managers from different teams, to ensure sufficient staffing, so that
the business remains unaffected.
 Planning for trainings for new/niche skills for resources with coordination with project leads &
managers.
 Improving BU Operations targets through managed processes of systematic follow –ups and
escalations reports.
 Have knowledge of PWA.
 Ensure all the resources log time in PSA and PWA on a weekly basis and the same is
approved by the respective managers to facilitate smooth customer invoicing. Also, have
ensured 0% defaulters for PWA timesheet compliance, every week & received appreciation
from the RMs & director for monitoring it closely.
 Update the Member Master and the Distribution List on a weekly basis.
 Maintains fiscal systems for the purpose of recording, forecasting, monitoring and budgeting
project expenditure
 Assist Project Managers and Program Managers in handling daily activities.
 Coordinates with PMO lead in preparing ad hoc presentations and other essential task as
required
 Preparation and mailing of C2 reports to the Service and Project Managers.
 Preparation and mailing the Hygiene Factors to the Group Lead
