quantity and quality of occupational skills labor. education
also has a direct impact on the economy through increasing
the stock of knowledge and insuring its diffusion.
2. It’s also have many indirect effects it may raise the level of
initiative and inventiveness of the population it may
improve consumption pattern and may promote economic
and social mobility the education system can serve also as
an instrument of selection by which a society finds its
leaders entrepreneurs and technicians and improves their
quality
3. The demand for education may be divided for the
purpose of analysis into two parts one for production
and other for consumption purpose.
4. The education system is interlocked functionally
with the socio economic environment the expansion of
the education is linked to the employment situation
since people expect to earn a living commensurate
with their educational attainment

constitute educational environment in a country.
 Income of people and their purchasing power influence
that demands for education.
 Education collaborates with foreign universities in
exchange of students and faculty members from one
country to another country also influence of education

decisive importance in all educational planning they
are therefore extremely important for the integration
of educational planning in to an overall economic
planning for a country

Culture is a word for peoples “way of life” and
the way they do things.
Different group of people may have different
cultures a culture is passed on by learning where
as genetic is passed on by heredity.
Culture is seen in peoples, writing, religion,
music, clothes, cooking and in what they do.
Medium of instruction
Medium of instruction should be
in mother tongue so children can
easily understand their norms and
values.
The word culture is commonly used in
three Senses:
excellence of taste in the fine arts and
humanities, also known as high culture.
an integrated pattern of human knowledge,
belief and behavior.
the outlook, attitudes, values, goals and customs
shared by society.
EDUCATION
Education in its general senses is a
form of learning in which the
knowledge skills and habits of a group
of people are transferred from one
generation to the next generation
through teaching, training and
research.
Any experiences that has a formative
effect on the way one thinks feels or
acts may be considered educational.
Relationship between Education and Culture
Meaning and concept of culture testifies to the fact that
education and culture are intimately connected.
In broader sense culture is not a part of education but it is
education itself.
Cultural pattern of a society determines its educational
system.
 educational system simultaneously affects the culture of
that society by shaping and influence the thinking and
behavior of an individual.
If the cultural pattern of a society is materialistic its
educational system will also be framed in the same
way.
Similarly if there is cultural conflict in the society it
can be wiped out only by education .

CONSTRUCTING CURRICULUM
Curriculum will be constructed to
acquire the desired cultural by people
for this purpose curriculum includes:
literature
History
Geography
Social studies
Religious
ORGANIZING CO - CURRICULUM ACTIVITIES
Teaching Method
Whether the culture of the society is accommodative or
impenetrable, it determines the behavior of the
teachers of the teacher and their methods of teaching
whatever education well be teacher centered will
depends on whether the cultural pattern of the society
follows democratic culture ,teacher teach the students
according to their needs, interest and aptitudes.
On the other hand if the culture of the society is
influenced by idealism or communism the behavior of
the teacher will be very rigid.
Conclusion
culture is a part of society and it has a great
link with education infect it is education in

education is the process of change in behavior
or thinking and it can be done by the
