media have been a point of much discussion and study among psychologists, paediatricians,
educators and policymakers. However, the significance of this study in particular was that it
focused on the effects of one cartoon in particular, SpongeBob SquarePants(Hutchson, C. and

findings challenged, however, it remains difficult for critics of the conclusions drawn from this

Introduction
As the global human population continues to increase, the amount of urbanization increases with it.
According to Jokimaki et al. (2017), global urban land cover will increase by about 30 fold in less
than 20 years. With such a change in the human population and amount of urbanization, it leaves
the question of what will happen to the amount of biodiversity and well being of all the wildlife on
the planet. An urban environment is considered one that has a high density of a human population
and buildings, and a high concentration of food, waste, water, energy, and pollution (McCleery and
Parker 2011). The habitats of animals now located in urban environments, squirrels in particular, are
being completely changed, if not destroyed, which leaves them to either go extinct, or adapt to the
ever changing scenery that is tailored to the human world. Research has shown that squirrels are
adapting to the urbanized world, however, wildlife populations in urban settings often demonstrate
different movements, physiology, habitat selection, and behaviors than those that are found in rural
settings (McCleery and Parker 2011). Their movement patterns are likely to be modified in
response to changes in environmental conditions that are brought about by urbanization (Reher et
al. 2016). Fey et al. (2016) observed

The Pre Licensing Course Exam
I passed the pre licensing course exam within the acceptable margin which means I answered at
least 80% of the questions correctly. Now, on to the state exam. It is a 115 question multiple
choice test with a four hour time frame. 5 of the questions are dummies and will not be scored.
You must answer correctly 82 of the 110 questions or score at least 75%. The instructor stressed to
all of us in the class to apply immediately to The North Carolina Real EstateCommission to take the
state real estate exam after we finished the pre licensing course. I forgot the exact statistics. But,
I recall that you stand an excellent chance of passing the exam on the first try within 2 weeks
after taking the pre licensing exam because the material you learned and was tested on is fresh
in your mind. For each day that passes after the two week period, your chances of passing goes
down considerably. You are allowed to take the exam a second time if you fail on the first attempt.
If you fail on the second try, you have to start from square one with the pre licensing course. I had
filled out The North Carolina Real Estate Commission exam application weeks before the end of the
pre licensing course ended which our instructor encouraged us to do. It is extremely important to
fill out the application entirely, accurately and to furnish all the identification documents requested
