Focus your thoughts It is becoming apparent that blogging is beneficial to your company (even if no one other than your cat reads it).  One of the biggest benefits to blogging is the process of thinking of what to say. It forces you to focus your thoughts for the company - whether it’s explaining complicated ideas in three simple paragraphs, justifying why you did something, what you hope for, what you stand for etc.  Blogging shows an willingness to engage, even if you're just joining a tiny part of the conversation.
