This document outlines a business model canvas for a proposed social business called R&B Sustainable Haircare Salon. The business aims to provide eco-friendly and sustainable haircare services in Kleve, Germany using only organic and sustainable products. The 9-element canvas describes the customer segments, value propositions, key activities, partnerships, revenue streams and costs. It also identifies uncertainties such as customer demand and product availability. Three key hypotheses are proposed to test customer interest in sustainable services, organic product supply, and response from the target African community segment. The business model canvas presents a lean startup approach and actionable strategy for the proposed social enterprise.
