1. BALD
SNAILS
1-First clean the snails,so put them in cold water and salt,
remove the slime from them.
2- Once cooked, dry them.
3- Take a large frying pan and add three tablespoons of
extra virgin olive oil, put it to heat and brown the garlic
cloves that, previously minced, then chop the onion and
toss it to brown. Season with salt and pepper.
4- Proceed in the same way with the tomatoes and to
make the sauce, use the palette to undo the tomato, leave
it cooking for about ten minutes over medium heat.
5-Meanwhile peel the chorizo
(in my case I put it spicy so I
don't have to add cayenne) and the black pudding, chop
it up and add it to the pan. If we want we can also add
diced ham.
6-And enjoy.

-SALT
-BLACK PUDDING (TO TASTE)
-CHORIZO
(SPICY OPTIONAL)
-HAM (OPTIONAL)
-CAYENNE (OPTIONAL)
-GROUND BLACK PEPPER
-OLIVE OIL FLAVORED WITH BASIL
-EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL 1 MEDIUM ONION
-4-6 CLOVES OF GARLIC
