The FM report covers eight areas of vital performance concerns to the broadcaster and listener alike .If all of these concerns can be met as successfully by AM IBOC, and the receiver manufactures rally to develop and produce the necessary receiving equipment. The evaluated FM concerns were audio quality, service area, acquisition performance, durability, auxiliary data capacity, and behavior as signal degrades stereo separation and flexibility.
The FM report paid strong attention to the use of SCA services on FM IBOC. About half of all the operating FM stations employ one or more SCAs for reading for the blind or similar services. Before going to the description of FM IBOC system, it is important to discuss the basic principles of digital radio, and IBOCtechnology.

DFC2009 India : Equipping Anganvadis with with Learning Aids

DFC2009 India : Equipping Anganvadis with with Learning Aids
The students visited local anganwadis (pre-schools) in Manali, Himachal Pradesh to understand their educational needs and provide learning resources. With help from her GCE team, they invited kids to join the evening classes, where the children enjoyed looking at storybooks and asking questions. Ppf final powerpoint
The People Powered Float Project partnered with Operation Clean Sweep and Congdon Elementary School to promote anti-littering and recycling awareness. They conducted a lesson on litter effects for 5th graders, led a school cleanup, and published related news articles. For the Earth Day parade, the team built a recycled materials float within bins displaying recycling facts to educate the community. Working with partners required flexibility and team collaboration, while criticism and accountability issues provided learning experiences.
Pasir ris pr trash to trasure form
The students from Pasir Ris Primary School embarked on a social innovation project called "Trash to Treasure" to reduce waste by connecting people throwing away usable goods with others seeking those items. Their goals were to have an online blog where classmates could post photos of items they wanted to exchange or donate, and to collect items around their neighborhood that could still be used instead of thrown in the landfill. An initial survey found that classmates were interested in exchanging toys, books, and costume jewelry. The project is ongoing, with the students hoping their blog can help keep useful items out of the landfill with community support.

The team conducted a week-long action project to promote the use of handkerchiefs over tissues. They interviewed teachers for advice, surveyed students, and held a three-day exhibition to showcase the benefits of handkerchiefs. They also sold embroidered school logo handkerchiefs for three days, raising funds for charity. A group of volunteers trialled using handkerchiefs for the week to demonstrate their effectiveness. By the end of the week, most volunteers planned to continue using handkerchiefs and spread awareness to others.
Final presentation
