In my community, there are lots of Filipino don’t
know how to read and write because of our
poor community parents can’t afford to enroll
their children for school.

My goal is to teach the Filipino children to learn
how to read.

7. Project Activity
To complete my goal I invited the young
children in our community to join my mini
project.

8. Step by Step Planning
I invited my friends and GCE team to be with me during
my mini project.
We do prepare the books that are needed during our
story day.
After we finalize everything, last November 12, 2012
we did our story day.
After we share the story we ask them few questions
about the story and see if they have understood the
story we read

9. Result
After the activity they children were very happy
and I felt very glad for I have shared to them
a little time to read them story books.
