This document presents a SWOT analysis for the student group "Smile". Strengths include having members with a variety of skills, everyone completing their tasks, and an ability to obtain needed resources. Weaknesses are procrastinating tasks until the last moment, not meeting at convenient times, and good intentions sometimes being a weakness. Opportunities include different groups approaching projects in various ways and support from lecturers. Threats involve heavy coursework loads, illnesses slowing progress, and socializing reducing work time.
