4. How to use the lesson?
I will use the Smartboard lesson after I teach children
basic colors, such as red, orange, yellow, green, blue,
and purple.
It will be an assessment for children.
I will ask students to match the colors first. They will
have a connection between colors and words through
matching.
And then, I will ask students to find things that are blue,
purple, orange, red, green, or yellow. In this way, I can
know if they identify these colors.
5. How to use the lesson? (Cont.)
I may let one student match the color, and let other
students say if she/he right or wrong.
I may let all students find things that are blue, purple,
orange, red, green, or yellow together. No hands
raising needed, just speak out.
6. How does the lesson support
Universal Design?
Students can either move or point objects or speak out.
The lesson includes words and colorful pictures.
There is a listening sign at the upper right corner. The
lesson is both verbal and visual.
