Steps to Achieve SMART GoalMade sure I set a certain time each day to run (if I couldn’t for some reason at my specific time, I would try to find different time)Tracked times I ran the mile each week (every week out of 8 I would run just a mile)Most days I ran I would run more than a mile to increase staminaDedicated my body and my mind (ate healthier foods to help me)Some times I would be busy and/or wanted to do other things
Results of SMART GoalWanted to achieve 6:30 minute mile and I reached 6:45 after my 8 weeksContinuing to run still and after my 8 weeks I have achieved my goal!!!Some weeks better than others (some weeks busier than others)After my 4th week and I went back up in time I pushed myself harderI will set more goals like this one and work hard to accomplish it!
