the treadmill at 6.0mph in the HUB Court Room
M- (Measureable) I will measure this by keeping a workout
log using Nike + iPod on my iPhone
A- (Attainable) As someone who is already active, running 3 miles three times a
week, and 5 miles two times a week is attainable. I am driven to run a 10k at the end
of April and this will motivate me to fulfill my workout goal.
R- (Realistic) Because I run regularly and have done a 10k in the past makes this goal
practical
T- (Timely) This goal will be accomplished April 15th for the 10k Circle Trot
