- 13. • Making the most of staff talents: Involving the staff of the competition agency significantly reduces costs. • The power of alternative or creative methods to convey specialized knowledge might be underestimated. • Know the targets and carefully design a coherent strategy. • Metrics and quick reviews are convenient to detect and apply changes (“on the move”), to consider future improvements, and to design a future course of action.
