This document outlines a project to create an online platform for employees at a call center to collaborate, share information, ask questions, and report issues. It will be used by call center representatives, supervisors, managers, and other stakeholders. The platform needs to be easy for users to access and publish content on, provide alerts when content is updated, and allow management to monitor content and make revisions. Initial ideas include using a wiki interface, integrating RSS feeds or alerts, embedding helpful links, and including a blogging component.
