[1] In some non-Western cultures, a woman may not be able to hold a high-level leadership role in business negotiations and would need to cede that role to a lower-ranking male counterpart. [2] This is because certain cultures view women's roles in business and society differently than Western cultures do. [3] When conducting international business, it is important to be aware of cultural norms surrounding topics like gender roles, punctuality for meetings and appointments, decision-making processes, and expectations for contracts versus personal relationships.

Photography was a hobby started in high school that required a dedicated darkroom for film developing using chemicals, but it became too difficult to continue. Now photography can be done digitally with instant feedback and software to develop photos on various subjects like action, landscape, and effects.
