and cross-functional teams to evaluate and implement designs, materials, and manufacturing for new
product developments and continuous improvement of existing products. You will work closely with
design, quality, reliability, compliance, product, and marketing engineers in a core team environment to
create cutting-edge products and ensure reliability and compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop mechanical systems and solutions for LED based lamps.
Complete 3-D CAD design.
Generate engineering documentation such as design reports, BOM's, fabrication and assembly

systems to verify our designs. We are seeking a highly self-motivated individual who is intelligent,
committed and high energy.
The engineer will handle critical design for reliability activities for key components and systems during
the product design and development stages. The candidate should fit in well with the team, be result
oriented and have good communication skills. It is expected the candidates be hands-on in reliability
testing, conduct design-for-reliability analysis, and familiar with life data analysis procedures and tools.
Product life cycle analysis is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Design-for-reliability analysis during product design and development states.
Conduct design-for-reliability testing for electronics and LED systems.
Physics-of-failure approach for testing plan and data analysis.

Wafer Fab Planner

9. Plan, schedule and track the wafer fab.
Work with manufacturing and engineering to balance the line, manage bottlenecks and
prioritize WIP.
Develop factory build plans to support demand and factory loading.
Create and mage the wafer fab capacity model.
Coordinate with procurement to prioritize materials to support the build plan.
Review material availability and execute the starts processes.
