A Narrative Report on the SLAC ORIENTATION ON CRAFTING OF TOS
Our School (Lale Elementary School) conducted a SLAC on Crafting of TOS.
The SLAC started with a prayer and followed with singing of Philippine National
Anthem through multi-media presentations. The opening remarks was given by our School
Head Ma’am Amie C. Cabigcabig. While the attendance Recognition was facilitated by our
Grade V Adviser Maam Genelyn G. Gerardo. And the aforementioned activity was facilitated
by our School Head.
She discussed on how to craft and what template maybe used in crafting the TOS. All
teacher shall submit the TOS a week before the schedule of the test. She emphasized in her
discussion that avoid copying or downloading the TOS and Test question from the online
websites. Make your own TOS and test questions based on the competencies that you taught.
After the discussion, the participants were given the opportunity to ask questions and to
give reactions in relation to the topics discussed. And the speakers were very much willing to
answer their questions.
The activity ended at exactly 4:00 PM in the afternoon. All-important topics was
discussed.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE ACTIVITY:
All teachers will follow the old template of crafting the
TOS because there is still no new memorandum about
the new template.
They will submit a week before the schedule of every
quarter Periodical Examination for checking purposes. If
the School Head already done checking the docs the
Teachers will proceed in printing the Test questions.
It emphasized in her discussion that “avoid copying or
downloading TOS and Test Questions from online
websites.
RESULT:
This activity is very gainful and all-important topics is tackled. Out
of 7 participants, all of them are participating and passed the
activity workshop.
