SCHOOL-BASED IN-SERVICE TRAINING (INSET)
SY 2022-2023
I. Title: “Realigning Teachers Competency for Effective Implementation of LRCP… Barrio Obrero Edition”
II. Training Purpose/Objectives:
1. To apply mastery in implementing a well-managed classroom environment and to address diverse learners.
2. To design action research proposals addressing learning gaps in the new normal for smooth educational pathways.
Rationale:
The Barrio Obrero School INSET for SY 2022-2023 aims to realign the teachers in this post-pandemic set up. Creating a horizontal
balance towards the same goal of going back to basics. The first part will focus on Classroom Management, Learning Environment
and Diversified Learners. Sharing best practices and pedagogy inside each classroom.
The second part of this Training Workshop will reiterate the importance of action research in the classroom and hopes to
inculcate the culture of research. Removing the prejudice against the process of research and realizing the importance of the
betterment of the learners’ performance and the true assessment of the educational processes and system.
