In this presentation I will provide key insights into the Skylink business description, target audience, user research, user personas, user actions & app screen lists, user flows, and sketch & digital app screen wireframes.

3. Who we are
We provide our customers with a product and service that allows them to
reclaim the lost or stolen valuables in our lives.
Skylink does this by using UAV’s or Unmanned Aerial Vehicles,
GPS technology, and high resolution image & video capture.

4. User overview
The Skylink target audience are men and women ranging in age from 18 to
49 years old. They have either graduated or have had some college
education and have an income ranging from less than 10K to 79K annually.
These are people who are interested in using technology in order to find
their valuable items that have become lost or stolen.

The survey was posted and shared across the teams collective social media
channels and email contact lists.
Our interviews were with potential users of the SkyLink app. These users
were individuals in the community, police departments, small business
owners and large enterprise businesses.
