- 16. Assume you are Dave running an company selling and installing SolarPanels, called Solaris. Dave and his team would like to get in contact with their (potential) customer to be able to share info and quotations and finally ,of course, installation contracts. Right now they are always only displaying their phonenumber or emailadresses on their company website as means to get in contact. If you would call the people on the phone they would note down your details. Later on that day they would enter them in their backend system, in this case SAP S/4HANA. The scenario
- 17. However they felt this process could be improved. Especially to lower the workload on the personnel picking up the phone. They decided to implement this simple process by using a chatbot on their company website. Right now they are looking into voice commands to even further ease the process. The scenario
