Site Development
NAME –DEEPAK KUMAR
Introductio
nThe process of Site Development consists of several
components. (Funding, Administration, Management,
Design, Construction, and so on)
This presentation will briefly discuss the design portion.
Once you have selected your design team, which should
initially begin with an Architect and a Civil Engineer, the
next step is the Site Plan. Both the engineer and
architect will work together to layout the Site Plan based
upon your conditions, needs, and expectations, and their
professional experiences. This Site Plan is then used as
the guide for the remainder of the Design process.
