Average Life of Zincalume Silo is approximately 40-50 years as against 15-20 years of
Galvanised steel silos
Absorbs only 4% to 5% solar heat as compared to 22% to 26% in Galvanized Steel.
High solar heat absorption makes grains more brittle and which ultimately breaks
during milling resulting in more Brokens.
