Brief FATCA: The Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) was signed into US law. This legislation was
enacted to prevent offshore tax abuse by US tax payers and require participating foreign financial
institutions to comply with certain obligations.
Brief CRS: The Common Reporting Standard (CRS), formally referred to as the Standard for Automatic
Exchange of Financial Account Information, is an information standard for the automatic exchange of
information (AEoI. The legal basis for exchange of data is the Conventio n on Mutual Administrative
Assistance in Tax Matters and the idea is based on the USA Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act
(FATCA) implementation agreements.
Role:
As a Project/Delivery Manager, I am responsible for:
 Project management lifecycle and prioritising compliance requirements
 Building IRS/in country reporting
 Stakeholder management
Title RISK Systems
Brief Risk systems contain the following set of applications that helps to identify, manage & report the credit
and operational risks for the bank.
Role:
As a Delivery lead, I was responsible for People, Process and Delivery management. The nature of delivery varies from
small enhancements to large projects. The various activities include
 Review business requirements; plan and coordinate delivery activities.
 Stakeholder management across Australia and Singapore
 Delivery management and reporting
Title RIS – Risk Information Store
Brief The RIS Program was focused on implementing a platform for risk information collation from various
source systems, performing calculations (e.g. to calculate Risk-Weighted Assets), and information
delivery (reporting).
Role:
 Functioned as a Release Project Manager, developed release calendar, bundled the releases, projected the forward
load, capacity planning and collection of metrics; Managed software releases in RISK CoE
Title One Customer View
Brief Aimed at improving the data entry and validation processes for custome r data, and create a single
integrated view for each customer by integrating across multiple systems.
Role:
As a Project Test manager, I was responsible for People, Process, Project and Delivery management. The various

 Developed test strategies, test process, Master Test Plan, Detail Test Plan and Test Summary Report for ST/SIT
