Job Key Accountabilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis:
Understand and prepare all aspect of cash flow
Prepare the cash flow to Al Khaja in a timely manner for funding purposes to fund and subsidiaries in a timely
manner
Regularly forecast fund requirement by accurately forecasting short term receipts, payments and issue cash
call requests to shareholders
Regular updating of the financial forecasts & pro-forma statements to account for the changes in business
environments.
Regularly contacting the accounts department for updated financial information & position.
Prepare the budgets and ensure there is no abnormal or inexplicable variance.
Efficiently tracking the DSO and Accounts payable turnover to put the minimum strain on operating cash flows
Corporate Finance Function
Review and process the subsidiaries requests for Bank guarantees and LCs.
Prepare and update the documents for bank loans
Thoroughly study the loan documents and ensure that covenants are met aligned to group policies
Prepare the request for proposals for financing.
Maintain healthy business relationship with banks and ensure to get the cheapest facilities.
Monitoring foreign exchange exposure and minimizing foreign currency risk:
Monitoring exchange rates and confirming the best deal.
Negotiating the rates with banks for executing FX payments
Reporting & Presentations:
Prepare on monthly basis the quality presentations for CFO and management to update them about the
financial progress of month.

Book Keeping
Responsible for the preparation of Monthly and Quarterly Financial Statements.
Assisting manager Accounts in Financial and Regulatory reporting.
Co-ordination with External auditors, internal auditors & System auditors.
Providing information’s & documents required by auditors during the course of audit.
Ensures the provision of information to auditors by all departments on timely basis.
Responsible for processing and preparing payment relating to vendors.
Responsible to prepare bank reconciliations of all bank accounts on weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis
depending on frequency of bank accounts
Daily reporting to senior manager regarding bank position.
Preparation and maintenance of fixed assets register and schedule.

Assist to Manager Finance in Annual reporting
