Objective – Reducing the in use different size carton, keep in mind the various products (raw white, CSY, Mélange, Dyed,
CGM), cone weight, customer requirement & optimum stuffing possible in 20 FCL & 40 FCL.
Outcome
 Expense reduction & savings around 1- 1.5 lakh per quarter.
 Saving due to reduction in Inventory management as well.
