Current position: Sales Team Leader
Reporting to: Sales and revenue cycle director
Duties and responsibilities:
 Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements: preparing
an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, initiating corrective actions.
 Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales
quotas for deferent countries ,projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing
and new products ,analyzing trend and results ,establishing pricing strategies.
 Build relationship by servicing ,maintaining &trusted relationships with the hospital
customers.
 Make prospecting by searching for and developing new business for incremental sales
growth through new accounts.
 Build business by constant and consistent effort to sell (ASSIH) services according to
the direction and strategy of (ASSIH).
 Present all marketing & advertising promotions & programs to all appropriate
customers while offering recommendations & assistance to (ASSIH) marketing
executives and teams.
 Manage the Territory by Set up geographic territory into coherent, manageable
Areas & Zones. Create and maintain Customer Profiles and appropriate call
frequency of all accounts in the sales territory.
 Manage the Discount by Maintain proper balance of company profitability with
sales growth and market share in the assigned geographic sales territory and per
account.
 Analyze the Sales by Use all available sales reporting capabilities to analyze sales
numbers of each territory for the purpose of developing objectives and goals for
positive and progressive sales development and growth.
 Maintain Territory Reporting by Keep Marketing and BD Manager informed of all
relevant activities occurring in the assigned sales territories through weekly and
monthly reports completed thoroughly and on time
Position: Senior Sales
Reporting to: Sales Manager
Duties and responsibilities:
 Outdoor activities: regular field visits to current contracted accounts.
 Making new contract for the hospital on quarterly basis.
 Promoting any new services and its prices in order to achieve its referring.
 Coordinating with sales coordinators ,sales supervisor and customer service for any
obstacles regarding admission ,ER,ICU,OPD ,Consultants or Checkup unit and market
feedback.(Daily)
 Paper work (weekly report and weekly plan) and meetings).
 Follow up indoor rounds and working on specific tasks related to sales department
annual plan in order to maintain due data.
Position: Sales executive
Reporting to: Sales Manager
Duties and responsibilities:
 Energetic and results-oriented professional dealing with data, focusing on
individual business results.
 Proven ability to effectively manage and grow sales in a large geographic territory
