This document lists various tests that can be performed during a shoulder examination to assess function, tendons, impingement, labral structures, instability, and the AC joint. Tests include hand positioning tests for function, resisted movement tests like empty can for tendons, impingement tests like Neer's and Hawkins-Kennedy, labral stress tests like the crank test, tests for instability like apprehension and relocation, and tests like compression for the AC joint.
