A Study Of The Trinity
Hey small group dwellers, I Can not wait to continue our bible study of the four gospels this
week, I hope to see you all there. Before we continued on to the next part of our bible study I
wanted to make sure we were on the same page since I knew a few of you had questions about
the trinity last week. Let me start with thanking all of you for being so gracious with me. Before I
answered your questions I wanted to make sure I had done the adequate amount of research. The
topic of the trinityis often taught wrong and is equally confusing at times. The four major
questions that I wanted to tackle are: (1) Is there only one God, (2) Are all three figures of the
trinity divine, (3) Is the father not the son, who is not the spirit, (4) How... Show more content on

1 Corinthians emphasizes that there may be other fake gods but there is only one truth God. A
really God whom all things came from. The question Is there only one God gets complicated when
wondering how Jesus can be God when there is also Father God and the Holy spirit which brings us
to our next question I want to tackle.
Are all three figures of the trinity divine? First I wanted to identify the three figures in the trinity.
Jesus Christ, The Father, and the Holy Spirit are the divine trinity. Colossians 2:9 (NIV) helps us
understand who Jesus Christ is more; For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily
form (Bible Gateway). This text shows us that Jesus Christ is 100% divine and 100% man. Another
text that helps us understand more is Hebrews 1:2 3 (NIV):
But in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and
through whom also he made the universe. 3 The Son is the radiance of God s glory and the exact
representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he had provided
purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven (Bible Gateway).
Hebrews helps us understand that Jesus is the exact representation of the Father and who is on the
right hand

The Benefits Of Software Creation
Long time technology pundit David Kirkpatrick may have been the first to note the phenomenon
way back in 2011 when he wrote Now every company is a software company. That comment, which
may have been intentionally hyperbolic at the time, has become reality in 2017. To wit, those
organizations not leveraging great customer facing and employee facing software lack the means to
compete effectively. To be fair, it s clear many enterprises today are scrambling to identify the
means to update their organizations by incorporating these tools.
As you might guess, investors like ourselves here at Greylock Partners are very aware of this mega
trend, as it represents an outstanding, once in a generation opportunity to invest in the companies ...

Put simply it removes the responsibility of executing actual code or managing infrastructure by
moving that role into the domain of the cloud provider. It s only serverless in the sense that the
development team no longer needs to worry about computing resources, containers, virtual
machines, security, or loading code and running it. In brief, almost everything related to software
creation is abstracted from the team with the exception of development.
This model delivers a host of significant benefits to development teams, particularly in the realms
of IT costs and the types of event driven applications that we see emerging today. However, even
as dramatic as the cost savings are predicted to be, we believe the de coupling of application
delivery from infrastructure management will prove to be the most significant advantage, changing
the nature of software development forever.
Basically, the more an organization can abstract infrastructure management, thus hiding its
complexity from developers, the better that development team can decompose its applications into
individual services while retaining a sense of the application s complete scope and purpose, thus
dramatically improving the organization s velocity. No longer do application developers have to
manage servers, the OS, containers, security, scheduling management, or myriad other functions
that can and should be

The Concept Of Self Care
Concept analysis is a combination of seven steps that work together to clarify concepts in our
nursing practice (McEwen Wills, 2014). The term self care is a concept from Orem s self care
deficit theory. The purpose of this concept analysis is to clarify the concept and determine how
it is used in the nursing practice, particularly with rehabilitation patients. We will further explore
this concept with literature reviews, the possible uses of this concept, its attributes, model and
alternative cases, antecedents and consequences, and finally empirical referents. Aim of
Analysis The aim of this concept analysis is to clearly define the concept of self care in relation
to rehabilitation patients. The characteristics of self care will be further explored and explained,
as well as its importance to nursing practice. By understanding the concept better, nurses will be
able to be more involved in the patient s care and increase the rate of their recovery (Arman
Hok, 2015). Literature Review According to Hashemi et al. (2013), promoting self care with
patients gives them more control over their lives leading to an improved quality of life. The article
emphasized the importance of empowering patients to perform activities independently. Orem s
self care model was used as a clinical guideline for the self care programs they developed for the
patients. There were three different care models they focused on depending on the patient s needs
and conditions. If the patient

The Desages And Disadvantages Of Competitive Advantage
Competitive advantage is really a position that the company makes return upon its investment that
is higher than the price of the expense. Competitive advantage ought to be relevant, distinctive, and
environmentally friendly. The word competitive advantage may be the ability acquired through
characteristics and resources to do at a greater level compared to others within the same business or
marketplace. It is essential mostly simply because that aggressive advantage can make sure that a
organization earns extra returns for a longer time of period. Almost just about all businesses need to
face rigid competition using their business competition in almost any marketthese days. Having a

Ordered governance or even using company owned nearby offices or even joint endeavors
overseas is actually another option, although this might limit the likelihood of exploiting size
advantages via servicing numerous firms in the same area. It is not unusual which competitors
stay away from each additional as suppliers due to the risk associated with disseminating essential
knowledge. Essentially, however, what issues is how the firm includes a global viewpoint on its
sourcing, which every support and procedure is found wherever complete costs tend to be
minimized, in house or outwardly, including labor along with other costs. This usually entails
implementing a transactional finding approach by which market competition might be exploited.
The potential advantages of exploiting size and area advantages tend to be obviously higher for
ageing and standardized products. For this kind of products, you will find more qualified suppliers
in the marketplace and the actual volumes tend to be greater. As a result, the importance of size and

Misogynistic and Sexist Undertones in One Flew Over the...
From the moment that the apple touched Eve s lips, women have been seen as an embodiment
of all that is evil. This reflects misogynistic societal beliefs that women are below men. While
many of the prejudices towards women are hidden in modern American society, some
misogynistic stereotypes are still present. In Ken Kesey s One Flew Over the Cuckoo s Nest,
one can see many misogynistic and sexist undertones. Big Nurse Ratched is in a position of
authority over a large group of men and is seen as a tyrannical and unjust ruler. Although most of
her methods would have been seen as awful when used by any person, the saturation of bad
women in the novel creates an unfavorable picture of women in general. The balance of power in
the ward is... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Therefore, she attempts to conceal [her breasts] in [a] sexless get up (64). In order for
McMurphy and the men to regain power, they must regain their sexuality and reveal the nurse s.
McMurphy s final stand against the nurse involves him ripp[ing] her uniform all the way down
the front (275) and revealing breasts that she had concealed. With this metaphorical rape, Kesey
is equating the men regaining power with sexual dominance over women. The rape of the nurse
is seen as a heroic act by McMurphy, which conveys the misogynistic message that men have a
right to sexual power over women. The way that McMurphy performs this rape is effectively
silencing the nurse, as he had his heavy red fingers [in] the white flesh of her throat (275). Using
silence in conjunction with a metaphorical rape gives a further misogynistic tone, as McMurphy is
exerting sexual dominance as well as stopping her from being able to speak out against him, or any
man. Because this is McMurphy s final action, it is seen as his greatest one. Therefore, the man
who can break a woman is seen as an ideal specimen.
Size, both physical and metaphorical, plays a large role in the misogynistic references in the
ward. The Chief makes constant references to people s size. However, size is relative. One cannot
be big without someone else being small. When the nurse is in full control, the Chief sees her as
big as a tractor (5). With her great size, Nurse Ratched is squashing the

Essay about Understanding the Marshal Plan
The date is September 2nd, 1945, the year in which The Empire of Japan surrendered thus
ending a war in which fifty to seventy million people died, that being World War II. But the
surrender of Japan not only meant the ending of the worst war in human history, it also meant the
beginning of a new type of war, a war of deterrence in which two new superpowers, The United
States of America and The Soviet Union would partake in. This new type of war, The Cold War
,
would test how strong the ideological stances of these two nations could withstand each other. It
would also test how each of these nations could persuade other countries to follow their ideals. The
United States believed in the ideals of capitalism. A system of government that is... Show more

If these countries were to all fall into the system of capitalism and under the influence of America,
then the Soviets would lose their ability to have a centrally planned economy with other blocs, it
would also mean that America and it s ideals would spread across Europe leaving little to no
chance for Stalin and the Soviet Union to assert themselves as a true superpower with allies to back
them up. But how would these countries accomplish their goals of advancing their ideals,
capitalism and communism, into Europe? For the United States, this would be attained through the
implementation of the Marshall Plan in April of 1948. (Lapsansky Werner, 2011, 402).
But to understand the Marshall Plan, one must first examine the Truman Doctrine, which experts
and historians have regarded as the basis for the Marshall Plan. Since 1944, the British
government had been providing economic as well as military aid to Greece and Turkey to prevent
a left wing insurgency by communists. Aid such as this was also provided to prevent the Soviet
Union from expanding its Iron Curtain into Greece and Turkey. Unfortunately for Britain, the
ravages of World War II prevented them to continue to support Greece and Turkey (Herring, 2008,
614). So when Britain informed the U.S. State Department that it could no longer offer aid to
Greece and Turkey, the United States did not hesitate to act. That is because there was fear

Radiation Therapy Research Paper
2.3.2 Respiratory Gating for Radiation Therapy
Respiratory gating techniques are used to track the tumor motion in uenced by respiratory cycles
during external beam radiation therapy in order to ensure tumoricidal dose to the target site while
avoiding healthy normal tissue toxicity Vedam et al. (2003); Kini et al.
(2003); Ford et al. (2003); Kubo et al. (2000); Vedam et al. (2001); Mageras et al. (2001);
Wagman et al. (2001); Mageras and Yorke (2004). The word gate is referred to as a window of
the respiratory cycle that is chosen to deliver the radiation beam that maximizes the radiation dose
received at the target site. The three criteria that are considered when designing the gated region of
the respiratory cycle are: The window during respiratory cycle

Two important components that are considered when analyzing respiratory motion patterns are
phase and displacement. The beam is red at the target site depending on the phase or displacement
windows chosen during the respiratory motion. Due to the gated technique, the overall treatment
process takes longer when compared to the conventional methods of administering radiation therapy
.
The ratio between the gated beam delivery and the overall treatment time determines the eciency of
the treatment called duty cycle. However, even after the gate has been optimized for a respiratory
cycle, there exists minimal tumor motion called the residual motion Berbeco et al. (2005). To
optimize the gateing technique that improves the therapeutic ecacy of radiation therapy and
provides patient safety, a balance between the two (duty cycle and residual motion) needs to be
met. The location and the size of the gate are dependent on the tracking of the target site or host
organ by means of internal and external surrogates, internal and external markers or markerless

The Adoration Of Saints
The Adoration of Saints
Baroque is important in regards of European philosophical art history, generating identifiable and
stylistic changes in: painting, sculpture and architecture throughout the periods of the late sixteenth
century to the early eighteenth. Dominant particularly in the regions of southern Europe such as:
Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria and southern Germany. Baroqueis a stylistic movement that often
exaggerated motion to: illustrate drama, tension and grandeur features such as exaggerated lighting,
intense emotions, release from restraint, and even a kind of artistic sensationalism through various
art forms.
Baroque art did not really depict the life style of the people at that time; the era was rather
intimately integrated along the religious philosophies of the Catholic Counter Reformation:
instituting a program of restoration and a new way of living, in Europe and its colonies. Its
popularity and success was highly encouraged by the Catholic Church and was made as a
responsive movement made by the Council of Trent towards the Protestant Reformation the two
differed: Protestant reformers wanted to reassess doctrines such as justification and sweep away
medieval practices such as the adoration of saints.

The Benefits of the Bioreactor in Landfills
Bioreactor is a modern landfills introduced in solid waste management, thus this concept are not
fully universally applied yet. The objective of this bioreactor landfills involving disposal solely of
inert materials after universally applied. Therefore, it is likely that landfills will continue to receive
a variety of materials with potential for environmental impact. As the leachable materials are land
disposed, impenetrable barriers are provided and wastestabilization is enhanced and accelerated so
as to occur within the life of these barriers (Lee Jones Lee, 1996). That is, the landfillmust be
designed and operated as a bioreactor. This bioreactor landfills is equipped with liners and
leachate collection systems. It operated and controlled to rapidly accelerate the biological
stabilization of the land filled waste. The crucial process in bioreactor landfills is leachate
recirculation, which leachate is recycled back to the landfill, to create the environment favorable to
rapid microbial decomposition of the biodegradable solid waste (Lee Jones Lee, 1996). Additional
advantages of the bioreactor landfillinclude increased gas production rates over a shorter duration,
improved leachate quality, and more rapid landfill settlement. Instead of that, bioreactor operations
protect the environment and reduce long time liability and associated monitoring costs (Reinhart
Townsend, 1997). The rapid treatment of the waste facilitates the operation of a bioreactor landfill

Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn Research Paper
The life of Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn is marked by his remarkable refusal to abandon that which
he loved and believed in, even under the iron grip of oppression. Born in 1918, the Russian spent
the majority of his early life in the city of Rostov on Don where he lived with his widowed
mother. As a young man, Aleksandr developed a passion for writing, and began looking for
places to print his works when he was only a teenager. This proved to be more than just a
vaporous fantasy of his adolescence; Solzhenitsyn s strong desire to write motivated and inspired
him throughout his entire life. In 1941, Solzhenitsyn was drafted to fight in World War II, where
he was utilized for his mathematical aptitude in the artillery department. He amazingly survived
three years of working and fighting on the front lines; yet in the year of 1945, Solzhenitsyn wrote
a series of letters that would change the course of his entire life. These letters were addressed to
one of his old friends from the local university that they both attended in Rostov. In these writings,
the 27 year old soldier used code names to express his discontent with Joseph Stalin s management
of the war. The Russian authorities eventually discovered these conversations, and arrested
Solzhenitsyn for his disrespectful comments. In July of 1945, Aleksandr... Show more content on

Black Stereotypes Of Modern Media

Essay Assignment 1
Anti Black Stereotypes in Modern Media Stereotypes are defined as an oversimplified image or
idea about a specific type of person. It is believed that stereotypes about African Americans began in
the United States around the 18th century. Anti Black stereotypes arguably the most developed
racist stereotypes in racial framing and have been used as foundations for the capture, enslavement,
and later, the subjugation of African Americanpeople. Stating that stereotypes are just a joke is
an understatement of the consequential after math racial images and stereotypes have on the
African American population. Even stereotypes that are considered positive are often concealed
with negative implications and reasons as to why they exist. Most people may think they only
hold stereotypes in the back of their head, but studies show that people are more likely to fall
back on them in making judgments when they feel challenged, face uncertainty, or experience
sensory overload. Using information from class, comparisons from the films we have watched
and Ed Guerrero s Framing Blackness, this paper will analyze the stereotypes in the television

Paper Planner
I am definitely a person who likes to feel like I have accomplished something at the end of each
day. It makes me feel like the day wasn t wasted. Normally, I use a paper planner to schedule all
the things that need to get done. For our class assignment, I used the calendar app in Office 365

probably stay with paperplanning. My family and job rank with schoolas my main priorities. This
doesn t leave much free time. I knew I was busy, but seeing it on paper is almost frightening.
Once the regular school year resumes in the fall, I will have a lot less time. Seeing the lack of
extra time in my schedule pushes me to be more intentional with the time I have. I try to focus on

Knowing that I have my class work scheduled to be done with days to spare in case of an

Summary Of The Nacirema Culture
This article starts by stating that it is going to describe the magical beliefs and practices of the
Nacirema people and it seemingly does just that (Miner). The normality of the American way of
living is removed and just the facts are left to be described as a seemingly different culture. Upon
rereading, there are many facts that show the reader that the author is talking about Americans, but
they are easily skimmed over with the guise that this is some other culture. For Example, the author
even states that the Nacirema live in North Americabetween Canada and Mexico (Miner). He even
goes on to tell the reader about their cultural hero Notgnihsaw, which is Washington spelled
backwards, and mentions his feat of cutting down a cherry tree (Miner).... Show more content on

idea is to perform rituals and ceremonies (Miner). The next thing described is a bathroom or the
shrine in which the rituals are performed. He talks about how houses can be valued by how many
bathrooms it has, and how the walls of bathrooms are normally much nicer than the walls
everywhere else in the house. Miner finishes that section by stating that every family has at least

The Eathen Kipling
One cannot succeed without the possibility of failure. President Abraham Lincoln was born into
poverty, failed twice as a business owner, lost over eight elections, and eventually suffered a
nervous breakdown. A few years later, he won the presidential election and became one of the most
impactful presidents in American history. President Lincoln exemplified the Graduate at
Graduation: Open to Growth subgoal of seeking new opportunities, despite the possibility of risk. If
President Lincoln did not have the courage to seek new change in his life for the better, knowing
that he might fail, he never would have become president (Steinberg). Poetry presents a unique
perspective on this concept of failure and the resulting path to success. Rudyard Kipling(1865 1936)
was one of the few nineteenth century poets who wrote extensively on the subject. Kipling, who
mostly wrote short stories for children (most notably The Jungle Book), expanded his talents into
poetry later in life. Many of Kipling s poems deal with learning from loss and how we should accept

The Role Of Supervisor And The Supervisor
The role of the supervisor has never been simplified enough to be clear as to what the
responsibilities of the role is. In fact, supervision tends to be a challenging word in the education
field and can be accepted by various leaders of a school. Supervisors can simply be supervisors
or they can be administrators who are involved in the role of hiring and evaluating their staff.
One could even go as far as the master teacher who observes other educators that ensures they are
utilizing proper skills and techniques. Supervisors come from various angles, so it comes to no
surprise that a supervisor is expected to wear many hats. Over the course of years, the role of the
supervisor has been redefined many times. Various research, studies and articles address the
importance of a supervisor and how the importance is valued or defined. Modern supervision is
expected to assist and assess the teachers and mold them to become independent, successful
educators. My personal experience, my administration has taken that role and my supervisor
reviews curriculum. Overall, a supervisor is there to provide the support necessary for the teacher
and the success of instruction in the class. In any scenario, the supervisor is expected to direct and
ensure that the teacher is continuously learning. They should also be involved in a collaborative
relationship with the educator so that communication is open and growing. This should be where
the supervisor validates the progress and identifies

The Veldt by Ray Bradbury deals with some of the same fundamental problems that we are now

young, Wendy and Peter, for death thoughts. Or, no, you were never too young, really. Long
before you knew what death was you were wishing it on someone else. When you were two years
old you were shooting people with cap pistols. But this the long, hot African veldt the awful death
in the jaws of a lion. And repeated again and again. (Bradbury). Finally, the childrens rebellion,
which resulted in their parents death, was foreshadowed when Peter threatened his own father to
never turn off the technology. I wouldn t want the nursery locked up, said Peter coldly. Ever. Matter
of fact, we re thinking of turning the whole house off for about a month.... Will you shut off the
house sometime soon? We re considering it. I don t think you d better consider it any more, Father.

Oswald s Assassination Of The Assassination
Oswald disturbing behavior leading up to the assassination is the strongest evidence against him.
In 1963, he purchased a Mannlicher Carcano rifle, and a Smith and Wesson .38 pistol the
weapons used to assassinate President Kennedy and to kill officer Tippet. On December 2, 1963,
he left his wife a note giving her instructions on what to do if he was killed or arrested. Then, on
April 10th 1963, He shot at general Edwin Walker on. According to his wife, he had been planning
to assassinate Walker for two months. He had photographs of Walkers house and had a plan written
in a notebook. Then, on April 24, 1963, Oswald told his wife he was going to make an attempt on
the life of Richard Nixon. The Warren report was able to provide a strong case against Oswald, but
on the other hand, for critics, the report failed to properly examine Oswald s connections to the CIA
and the FBI. Since, the assassination there has been numerous investigations by both the
government and critics. The questions about Oswald s connections to intelligence agencies, and
about weather actions taken against Castro had anything to do with the assassination led to an
investigation on the assassination by the Church committee. The FBI s investigation was rushed.
Immediately after the Kennedy assassination the President, FBI director Hoover, and the Justice
department pressured top Bureau officials to complete their investigation supporting the conclusion
that Oswald was the lone assassination. Under

All The Light We Cannot See By Anthony Doerr
Throughout the book, All The Light We Cannot See by Anthony Doerr, there were many
symbols that were present. One symbol that stood out to me the most in the book was the radio.
This symbol stood out the most because of how the characters manipulated it throughout the
story. In early scenes of the book, it described the childhood life for Marie Laure (main
character) and Werner (main character). Werner and his sister, Jutta, spent most of their
childhood listening to a broadcast of French scientists on the radio. As time passed, Werner
excelled in math and was forced to work for the Nazi Party in tracking transmission waves in
order to find anyone who had illegal radios (172). During one of his missions in Saint Malo, he
found Marie Laure s broadcasts of her reading 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. Werner listened to
Marie Laure s broadcasts every night for comfort and while listening one night, Werner noticed
that, She stop[ped] reading abruptly and the static roars. When she speaks again, her voice has
become an urgent hiss: He is here. He is right below me (393). This was very unusual for Marie
Laure s broadcast to stop so suddenly... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The title of this book is called All The Light We Cannot See, the light is a reference to the light
that we literally can t see, like the (radio) wavelengths in the electromagnetic spectrum. In
addition, the wavelengths are also a metaphorical suggestion to the realities of World War II.
There are so many stories about World War II that have been buried and light hasn t been shed on

about shining light onto the parts of World War II that we don t hear about because it s been

Damp Proofer
Does your home or property require a skilled damp proofer in Sefton? Damp proofing is a vital
home maintenance requirement to ensure a safe and dry home. Rising damp is common in
homes due to a capillary action where ground moisture rises within the walls as well as from
mortar beds to a potential height of 1m above ground level creating problems for the home. This
includes stained decoration, mould on wall surfaces and fungi in timber as well as lifting
wallpaper and softening plaster. It is possible to have concrete floors suffering from rising damp
without the proper checks and maintenance to upkeep the aesthetics of the home for a longer
lasting occupancy in safety and comfort. In Sefton, damp proofer services are necessary if not
crucial to curb rising damp that could spread through the home or any property when left untreated.

Nicholas Romanov II Research Paper
Nicholas Romanov II was born on the 18 May 1868 and came into reign in 1894 becoming Tsar
of Russia, continuing the Romanov rule since 1613. His coronation celebrations saw huge

Benefits Of Supplying Quality Customer Service
Introduction
The benefits of supplying quality customer service are well documented for creating value for the
business. Customer service leads to profitability and brand reputation (Armistead and Clark, 1992);
Quality customer service leads to higher levels of competitiveness (Chan et al. 2005); Quality
customer service reduces costs and boosts profitability (Crosby, 1980); and quality customer service
increases customer retention and improves brand image (Stamatis, 1996).
Therefore, it is obvious that a quality understanding of customer service can add substantial value to
a business. Venkatraman and Ramanujam (1986) briefly incorporate this notion with business
size by adding that size and growth are typically used as a precedent for evaluating business
success. Conversely, Lash (1989) challenges this by explaining that small and large, profitable and
unprofitable companies offer good and bad customer service. These conflicting concepts form the
basis of the investigation into, at what point does customer service strategies diverge depending
on the size or growth of the business? In approaching this question, forms of business size and
growth and various aspects of customer service need to be defined. It is common knowledge that
there are many ways to measure the size or growth rate of a business depending on the
complimenting independent variables. However, the measurement of customer service comes with
more complexity. This is due to service quality being difficult to

Shopping online can easily be done while sitting in front of the TV or lounging on the sofa. With
payments being made online as well, a person can just sit back, relax and wait for the package to
be delivered. An online apparel store usually draws in customers by offering better prices and offers
for quality products. By having an online store, they can save on monthly expenditures which allow
them to offer clients good value for their money.
Better Variety
Shopping online often offers better variety. Not only can you find them for affordable rates, but
most of them allow you to get limited edition items that you might otherwise have missed out on.
Availability
Nothing can be more frustrating for a person to go to a shop only to realize that the item they
wanted is out of stock and might be restocked at a vague date. This not only makes you
unreasonably angry, but it also means that you have to keep taking time out to check if they have
got the item you want. Online stores eliminate the chances of this happening by placing out of
stock signs next to the product.

Depression In High Heat
As society advances, teens lose a sense of identity and therefore are prone to depression.
Sometimes this depression has sustaining effects. For example, if a teen has friends who
pressure him to be to himself, he might feel less worried and feel sad. Often he has no idea to
whom to turn. Henry Longfellow once said that, Every man has his secret sorrows which the
world knows not, and often we call a man cold when he is only sad. One s attitude is affected by
one s secrets. Shane, the protagonist in the novelHigh Heat, suffers from depression and
subsequently conquers it. First, he loses his beloved father to suicide. Second, Shane finds out that
his father was a petty drug dealer who had no self control. Thereby, Shane s view of his father...

family and his supervisor are there supporting him to fight his disorder; and all his supervisors

same. Only I different, too. Entirely different (277). At the end of this high school period, he had

Treating Long-term Elderly Patents with Pressure Ulcers
Serial Sharp Debridement and Formulated Collagen Gel to Treat Pressure Ulcers in Elderly Long
term Care Patients: A Case Study
Patients at Long Term Care Facilities are generally debilitated and elderly people who have
incontinence problems. Incontinence makes treating pressure ulcers very difficult because it alters
tissue tolerance and reapplying products becomes very costly. Usually negative pressure wound
therapy (NPWT) is used to treat pressure ulcers but it is also very costly and does not match with
some wound locations. Collagen plays a vital role in the wound healing process by creating a
framework for the adhesion, movement, and production of new cells. This study determined the
effects and uses of Type 1 formulated collagen on granulation tissue formation and
reepithreelialization in chronic pressure ulcers.
Eligible participants for the application of Type 1 formulated collagen gel must 1) have an open
pressure ulcer at least 2.0 cm in diameter that did not heal after using NPWT and 2) have no
symptoms of and wound or bone infection. The three patients in the study had a wound of at least
18 months and had showed no signs of improvement during 4 weeks of NPWT. The patients
received the standard care including the treatment of moist wound healing and debridement,
prevention of additional skin breakdown, and maintenance of functional abilities. Before beginning
the use of collagen gel, sharp debridement was performed with additional sharp debridement

The Trade Policies Around The World
The trade policies around the world are different depending on which country a person lives in.
There are many different regulations because there are so many different foreign policies. If a
person wants to be successful in doing business globally, then they would have to abide by the
country they are interested in doing business with, standards of how to do business. It would be
disrespectful to try to do business with another country and not know any of their customs or
beliefs, because what you are bringing to the table could be offensive to them which could leave
you empty handed if one does not operate right under the business standards of the foreign
company. Even though it behooves a business person to abide by another country s foreign trade
policy some of the other country s policies may be offensive to the investor. The best thing to
focus on when doing business with another country is to come to an equal understanding on point
of views, they may have to agree to disagree on some things but, the most important thing to
remember is to try to make money with other countries to extend your business to new heights.
When an investor set point of views to the side and focus on the matter at hand, and that is to
make money, then they will be more comfortable abiding by another county s way of doing
business. The trade policy I am going to write about is the trade policy in China. Present day

Essay On George Washington And Alexander Hamilton
Throughout the history there have been many important people that have help built what we know
as the United States. During their time there were a lot of events that defined these characters to
become the great leaders that they were. In specific George Washington and Alexander Hamilton
are the reason we have some of our commodities and rights nowadays. They went through a lot of
criticism and hard work all for the good of everyone, but hard work pays off; this is why both of
these important characters are in the faces of our current currency.
The Washington administration faced many challenges, the Articles of confederationhad many
flaws which brought problems. The new nation government was thought to be weak, one reason
being that the articles of confederation only gave a one house legislature. Which meant that the
13 states had only one vote on any lawmaking rules and in order for it to pass at least 9 had to be
for it. The nation s debt was also a challenge faced but federalist Alexander Hamilton used his

The Realism Theory Of The War On Afghanistan
There are, however, aspects that disqualify the realism theory in examining the War in Afghanistan.
For example, realism explicitly applies to relations between nations and consequently, war between
countries. This was not the case, since the war did and still does not involve conflict between
America and Afghanistan. Rather the war was between America and the Taliban
government that
supported the infamous terror group, al Qaeda. For this reason, realist theory does not explain this
highly controversial war. Another aspect that contravenes realism as an appropriate theoretical
approach to understanding the War in Afghanistan is that fact that, America toppled the Taliban
government within its first few months of the invasion. Realism cannot, as a result, explain why
American troops and those of allied forces have not yet been pulled out of Afghanistan more than a
decade after war started (Bird and Marshall 37).
Another principal attribute that disqualifies realism in debunking the Afghanistan War is the fact
that America made concerted efforts to gain support from the United Nations (UN) before
commencing the invasion. This contravenes the assertion put forth by the realist theory that, a
nation does not take the international system or organization into consideration when taking
actions directed towards safeguarding its survival. The autonomous action stipulated in realism is
particularly essential when a state is threatened and cannot afford to trust other nations. In

that aren t so delightful. Atticus and Miss Maudie are one of the marvelous people. They both
happen to believe that killing a Mockingbird is a sin. The readers can visualize what the moral
values are of the two characters. The sin of killing a mockingbird was probably a saying that
was passed down and told to children for generations. Since the Mockingbird represents
innocence, Atticus and Miss Maudie are basically saying that it is a sin to cast down an
innocent person or animal. That kind of activity forms socially agreeable moral values. Those
noble moral values construct people like Atticus and Miss Maudie undoubtedly charming
people. Their moral values build Atticus and Miss Maudie to become who they are in the book.

Ipv4 Vs. Ipv4 Ipv6
IPv4 vs. IPv6
IPv4 and IPv6 are communication protocols (rules) which allow remote computers, servers, and
other IT related devices to communicate. Both owe their existence to the massive growth of the
internet. There was no need for IP versions in 1969 when the internet began as ARPANET, a
network set up by the United States Defense Advance Research Project. With only a few dozen
computers on the net, each identified by a host name, they were able identify, contact and
communicate with each other using host name only. When ARPANET went public and became
what we know as the internet today, using host names only to identify devices became untenable.
What is IPv4 and IPv6? The IP stands for Internet Protocol. Internet Protocol is the ... Show more

That ignorance was short lived as the internet, and the number of devices connected to it grew
exponentially. Every device which connects to the internet requires an IP address. Computers,
printers, tablets, and phones must each have a unique address or they will not be able to
communicate via the net. The magnitude of internet growth revealed there was a need for more
addresses by the late 1980s. Pv4 addresses are separated into 5 classes which are identified by the
first Octet value as follows (Odom, p.391):
Class A1 126 Unicast addresses(0 127 reserved)
Class B128 191Unicast addresses
Class C192 223Unicast addresses
Class D224 239Multicast addresses not used for unicast
Class E240 255Experimental not used for unicast The classes were divided into network groups
which determined how many actual IPv4 addresses were in each group. The chart below best
illustrates the network/IPv4 address breakdown (Odom, p. 394):
RANGECLASSNETWORKSADDRESSES
0Reserved
1 126A12616,000,000 each
127Reserved

192 223C2,000,000254 each

240 255EExperimentalExperimental
With a limited numbers of IP addresses available, the original practice of assigning a whole
network from a class, for example a Class B network from the 129 range with 65,000 addresses, to
a company which needed only 500 IP addresses, wasted IP addresses.

Argumentative Essay On The Bill Of Rights
The Bill of Rights is one of the most important things in the American government .The Bill of
Rights has 10 Amendments. The fifth one however is one of the important one. The fifth
Amendment deals with police procedures. Along with basic Constitutional limits, or in other words
guidelines that Congress has to follow. The Fifth Amendment is a one of the most important
Amendments because it gives people the rights to speech and privacy, the fifth doesn t let people
be charged with the same felony twice, and it gives citizens the right to a fair trial.
The first reason the fifth amendment is one of the more important amendments is because it gives
people the rights to speech and privacy. No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or other
infamous crime (Bill of Rights). This states that a person does not have to talk if they do not deem it
fit. Someone can plead the fifth and they just stated that they do not want to talk. On the other hand
some might say that this is not a strong argument because in other countries crime is limited
because people have to speak. The government continued to take controversial steps restricting
media freedom, justifying them mostly by the need to counter Russia s anti Ukraine propaganda
(World Report 2017). This states that when banning the freedom of social media it protects the
government and country from attacks, mainly Russia. Although this is true banning the rights of
social media may cause arguments to break out. The fifth

had with the court system isn t just that they are not punishing an offender properly of a heinous
crime. They are enabling them them to do it again, giving them the chance to ruin another
person s life. If looked at, the effects of a sexual assault show why the rapist should serve a life

they were taken advantage of in that way. While so many will say that rape should be punished
the most severely as possible, Krakauer s book revealed the minute it came down to giving a

Thurgood Marshall s Influence
Thurgood Marshall s impact and influence started at a young age with the development and
guidance from his parents, William and Norma. They taught both he and his brother the
importance of education and to think and learn. It was his father that exposed Thurgood and his
brother to the aspects of the courtroom and the bases and practices of law. Their father would
often get both of them engaged in discussions concerning cases observed in the court and
promoted the need to debate their case. Both their parents were engaged in the boys lives an
ensured education was a priority ( Thurgood Marshall, n.d.). Nevertheless as with any young boy in
school, Thurgood did challenge some of his teachers and found himself disciplined and having to...

The fact he was a minority faced with discrimination his path to fight for equal rights was
inevitable. He became one of most successful equal rights leaders and as one of the pioneers and

knowledge was noticed by many throughout the world to the point he was asked to assist in the
development of two countries constitutions, Ghana and Tanzania ( Thurgood Marshall Biography,
n.d.). Thurgood Marshall may not have been the most popular civil rights leader, but his work in
the courts proved he set the groundwork for other leaders like Martin Luther King and Malcolm
X to reach audiences vocally across the country in keeping the movement alive and moving
forward. We continue to see what he has done for equal rights and no matter your ethnicity, we all

Functions Of Management Essay
Functions of Management
The process of working with resources and people in an organization to accomplish a goal can be
defined as management. The traditional functions of managementВ— planning, organizing,
leading, and controllingВ—continue to be the key activities used to enable the organization to
accomplish its goals and objectives. Though significant changes have occurred in all organizational
structures, processes, and managerial styles, these traditional functions remain a constant.
(Anderson Pulich, 2002, para 1) To be effective in any organization a manager must posses these
skills.
Planning is the first function of management. The decisions made in this in function determine the
future of the company. Planning is specifying ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
A manager s effort to stimulate high performance by its employees is the function of leading
(Bateman Snell, 2007). This seems to be a very logical step in the functions of management. After
all you have a company and mangers that have spent countless hours planning for it s success and
future, they ve identified the various parts of which an employee can be successful now they must
motivate and encourage that employee so that they might offer the most benefit to the company
and it s profitability. Within the company that I work at, the management team is forever trying
to motivate its employees. They are always holding competitions and then once a month they
also recognize those top performers with awards and plaques in front of the entire department.
They also lead by example, which is huge moral booster. They tend to ask anything of you that
they wouldn t or have not done themselves. My company is a big proprietor of promotions from
within, so most in management know what it s like to be low man on the rung and they are
always conscious of that and do what they can to make sure the employees are working in a fun yet
professional atmosphere.
The final function of management is the function of controlling. A major component of controlling
is monitoring. When managers implement their plans, they often find that things are not working
out as planned. The controlling function makes sure that goals are met. It asks and

Designer Babies Genetics
Until a few years ago having a baby boy or a baby girl was just complete chance. Not anymore.
Now parents have the option to decide on the gender of their future baby, along with many other
genetic traits, such as eye colour, hair colour, intelligence, athletic ability and even skin tone.
Designer babies can also be made for medical reasons, by changing the genetics of a baby,
diseases such as down syndrome and turner syndrome can be prevented. A designer baby can also
be made with identical tissue to be donated to a sick sibling in need.
Before researchers were able to find a way to make this possible, they first had to understand more
about genetics. Genetics explains the process of parents passing down genes to their children,
these genes are things like hair colour, eye colour and genetic disorders. Every human has 23 pairs
of chromosomes, 43 individual, and within them is where the genes are carried, each chromosome
holds about 20,000 genes.
A chromosome is made up of genes, which is sort sections of DNA (Deoxynucleic acid) . Within
the genes, there are alleles, which are different forms of a gene. For example the gene for eye colour
has an allele for blue eyes and an allele for green eyes. Alleles can be either dominant or recessive.
The characteristic controlled by a dominant allele develops if the allele exists ... Show more content

A Character Analysis Of George In Seinfeld s The Pitch
On July 5th 1989, a sitcom was born into this world that would lead television into a revolution
in comedy. Seinfeld was a television sitcom that ran for about nine seasons hosted by NBC. It
was unique in a couple of ways. One of, if not, the best way it was unique was its entire premise.
In the episode, The Pitch, the character called George sums up the shows premise in one sentence,
Everybody s doing something, we ll do nothing. All the sitcoms around this time, such as the Fresh
Prince of Bel air, all had a very formulaic idea about how the main character, Will, would hang out
with his family and his classmates at school. Also, it followed a strict, introduce the characters, and

  • 2. A Study Of The Trinity Hey small group dwellers, I Can not wait to continue our bible study of the four gospels this week, I hope to see you all there. Before we continued on to the next part of our bible study I wanted to make sure we were on the same page since I knew a few of you had questions about the trinity last week. Let me start with thanking all of you for being so gracious with me. Before I answered your questions I wanted to make sure I had done the adequate amount of research. The topic of the trinityis often taught wrong and is equally confusing at times. The four major questions that I wanted to tackle are: (1) Is there only one God, (2) Are all three figures of the trinity divine, (3) Is the father not the son, who is not the spirit, (4) How... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... 1 Corinthians emphasizes that there may be other fake gods but there is only one truth God. A really God whom all things came from. The question Is there only one God gets complicated when wondering how Jesus can be God when there is also Father God and the Holy spirit which brings us to our next question I want to tackle. Are all three figures of the trinity divine? First I wanted to identify the three figures in the trinity. Jesus Christ, The Father, and the Holy Spirit are the divine trinity. Colossians 2:9 (NIV) helps us understand who Jesus Christ is more; For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form (Bible Gateway). This text shows us that Jesus Christ is 100% divine and 100% man. Another text that helps us understand more is Hebrews 1:2 3 (NIV): But in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom also he made the universe. 3 The Son is the radiance of God s glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven (Bible Gateway). • 3. The Benefits Of Software Creation Long time technology pundit David Kirkpatrick may have been the first to note the phenomenon way back in 2011 when he wrote Now every company is a software company. That comment, which may have been intentionally hyperbolic at the time, has become reality in 2017. To wit, those organizations not leveraging great customer facing and employee facing software lack the means to compete effectively. To be fair, it s clear many enterprises today are scrambling to identify the means to update their organizations by incorporating these tools. As you might guess, investors like ourselves here at Greylock Partners are very aware of this mega trend, as it represents an outstanding, once in a generation opportunity to invest in the companies ... It s only serverless in the sense that the development team no longer needs to worry about computing resources, containers, virtual machines, security, or loading code and running it. In brief, almost everything related to software creation is abstracted from the team with the exception of development. This model delivers a host of significant benefits to development teams, particularly in the realms of IT costs and the types of event driven applications that we see emerging today. However, even as dramatic as the cost savings are predicted to be, we believe the de coupling of application delivery from infrastructure management will prove to be the most significant advantage, changing the nature of software development forever. Basically, the more an organization can abstract infrastructure management, thus hiding its complexity from developers, the better that development team can decompose its applications into individual services while retaining a sense of the application s complete scope and purpose, thus dramatically improving the organization s velocity. No longer do application developers have to manage servers, the OS, containers, security, scheduling management, or myriad other functions that can and should be ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 4. The Concept Of Self Care Concept analysis is a combination of seven steps that work together to clarify concepts in our nursing practice (McEwen Wills, 2014). The term self care is a concept from Orem s self care deficit theory. The purpose of this concept analysis is to clarify the concept and determine how it is used in the nursing practice, particularly with rehabilitation patients. We will further explore this concept with literature reviews, the possible uses of this concept, its attributes, model and alternative cases, antecedents and consequences, and finally empirical referents. Aim of Analysis The aim of this concept analysis is to clearly define the concept of self care in relation to rehabilitation patients. The characteristics of self care will be further explored and explained, as well as its importance to nursing practice. By understanding the concept better, nurses will be able to be more involved in the patient s care and increase the rate of their recovery (Arman Hok, 2015). Literature Review According to Hashemi et al. (2013), promoting self care with patients gives them more control over their lives leading to an improved quality of life. The article emphasized the importance of empowering patients to perform activities independently. Orem s self care model was used as a clinical guideline for the self care programs they developed for the patients. There were three different care models they focused on depending on the patient s needs and conditions. If the patient ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

This reflects misogynistic societal beliefs that women are below men. While many of the prejudices towards women are hidden in modern American society, some misogynistic stereotypes are still present. In Ken Kesey s One Flew Over the Cuckoo s Nest, one can see many misogynistic and sexist undertones. Big Nurse Ratched is in a position of authority over a large group of men and is seen as a tyrannical and unjust ruler. McMurphy s final stand against the nurse involves him ripp[ing] her uniform all the way down the front (275) and revealing breasts that she had concealed. With this metaphorical rape, Kesey is equating the men regaining power with sexual dominance over women. The rape of the nurse is seen as a heroic act by McMurphy, which conveys the misogynistic message that men have a right to sexual power over women. The way that McMurphy performs this rape is effectively silencing the nurse, as he had his heavy red fingers [in] the white flesh of her throat (275). Using silence in conjunction with a metaphorical rape gives a further misogynistic tone, as McMurphy is exerting sexual dominance as well as stopping her from being able to speak out against him, or any man. Because this is McMurphy s final action, it is seen as his greatest one. Therefore, the man who can break a woman is seen as an ideal specimen. Size, both physical and metaphorical, plays a large role in the misogynistic references in the ward. The Chief makes constant references to people s size. However, size is relative. One cannot be big without someone else being small. When the nurse is in full control, the Chief sees her as big as a tractor (5). With her great size, Nurse Ratched is squashing the ... But how would these countries accomplish their goals of advancing their ideals, capitalism and communism, into Europe? For the United States, this would be attained through the implementation of the Marshall Plan in April of 1948. (Lapsansky Werner, 2011, 402). But to understand the Marshall Plan, one must first examine the Truman Doctrine, which experts and historians have regarded as the basis for the Marshall Plan. Since 1944, the British government had been providing economic as well as military aid to Greece and Turkey to prevent a left wing insurgency by communists. Aid such as this was also provided to prevent the Soviet Union from expanding its Iron Curtain into Greece and Turkey. Unfortunately for Britain, the ravages of World War II prevented them to continue to support Greece and Turkey (Herring, 2008, 614). So when Britain informed the U.S. State Department that it could no longer offer aid to Greece and Turkey, the United States did not hesitate to act. That is because there was fear ... The ratio between the gated beam delivery and the overall treatment time determines the eciency of the treatment called duty cycle. However, even after the gate has been optimized for a respiratory cycle, there exists minimal tumor motion called the residual motion Berbeco et al. (2005). To optimize the gateing technique that improves the therapeutic ecacy of radiation therapy and provides patient safety, a balance between the two (duty cycle and residual motion) needs to be met. The objective of this bioreactor landfills involving disposal solely of inert materials after universally applied. Therefore, it is likely that landfills will continue to receive a variety of materials with potential for environmental impact. As the leachable materials are land disposed, impenetrable barriers are provided and wastestabilization is enhanced and accelerated so as to occur within the life of these barriers (Lee Jones Lee, 1996). The crucial process in bioreactor landfills is leachate recirculation, which leachate is recycled back to the landfill, to create the environment favorable to rapid microbial decomposition of the biodegradable solid waste (Lee Jones Lee, 1996). Additional advantages of the bioreactor landfillinclude increased gas production rates over a shorter duration, improved leachate quality, and more rapid landfill settlement. Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn Research Paper The life of Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn is marked by his remarkable refusal to abandon that which he loved and believed in, even under the iron grip of oppression. Born in 1918, the Russian spent the majority of his early life in the city of Rostov on Don where he lived with his widowed mother. As a young man, Aleksandr developed a passion for writing, and began looking for places to print his works when he was only a teenager. President Abraham Lincoln was born into poverty, failed twice as a business owner, lost over eight elections, and eventually suffered a nervous breakdown. President Lincoln exemplified the Graduate at Graduation: Open to Growth subgoal of seeking new opportunities, despite the possibility of risk. If President Lincoln did not have the courage to seek new change in his life for the better, knowing that he might fail, he never would have become president (Steinberg). Poetry presents a unique perspective on this concept of failure and the resulting path to success. Rudyard Kipling(1865 1936) was one of the few nineteenth century poets who wrote extensively on the subject. Customer service leads to profitability and brand reputation (Armistead and Clark, 1992); Quality customer service leads to higher levels of competitiveness (Chan et al. 2005); Quality customer service reduces costs and boosts profitability (Crosby, 1980); and quality customer service increases customer retention and improves brand image (Stamatis, 1996). Therefore, it is obvious that a quality understanding of customer service can add substantial value to a business. Venkatraman and Ramanujam (1986) briefly incorporate this notion with business size by adding that size and growth are typically used as a precedent for evaluating business success. Conversely, Lash (1989) challenges this by explaining that small and large, profitable and unprofitable companies offer good and bad customer service. These conflicting concepts form the basis of the investigation into, at what point does customer service strategies diverge depending on the size or growth of the business? In approaching this question, forms of business size and growth and various aspects of customer service need to be defined. Treating Long-term Elderly Patents with Pressure Ulcers Serial Sharp Debridement and Formulated Collagen Gel to Treat Pressure Ulcers in Elderly Long term Care Patients: A Case Study Patients at Long Term Care Facilities are generally debilitated and elderly people who have incontinence problems. Incontinence makes treating pressure ulcers very difficult because it alters tissue tolerance and reapplying products becomes very costly. Usually negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) is used to treat pressure ulcers but it is also very costly and does not match with some wound locations. Collagen plays a vital role in the wound healing process by creating a framework for the adhesion, movement, and production of new cells. This study determined the effects and uses of Type 1 formulated collagen on granulation tissue formation and reepithreelialization in chronic pressure ulcers. Eligible participants for the application of Type 1 formulated collagen gel must 1) have an open pressure ulcer at least 2.0 cm in diameter that did not heal after using NPWT and 2) have no symptoms of and wound or bone infection. The three patients in the study had a wound of at least 18 months and had showed no signs of improvement during 4 weeks of NPWT. The patients received the standard care including the treatment of moist wound healing and debridement, prevention of additional skin breakdown, and maintenance of functional abilities. Before beginning the use of collagen gel, sharp debridement was performed with additional sharp debridement performed at ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

There are many different regulations because there are so many different foreign policies. If a person wants to be successful in doing business globally, then they would have to abide by the country they are interested in doing business with, standards of how to do business. It would be disrespectful to try to do business with another country and not know any of their customs or beliefs, because what you are bringing to the table could be offensive to them which could leave you empty handed if one does not operate right under the business standards of the foreign company. Even though it behooves a business person to abide by another country s foreign trade policy some of the other country s policies may be offensive to the investor. The best thing to focus on when doing business with another country is to come to an equal understanding on point of views, they may have to agree to disagree on some things but, the most important thing to remember is to try to make money with other countries to extend your business to new heights. When an investor set point of views to the side and focus on the matter at hand, and that is to make money, then they will be more comfortable abiding by another county s way of doing business. During their time there were a lot of events that defined these characters to become the great leaders that they were. In specific George Washington and Alexander Hamilton are the reason we have some of our commodities and rights nowadays. They went through a lot of criticism and hard work all for the good of everyone, but hard work pays off; this is why both of these important characters are in the faces of our current currency. The Washington administration faced many challenges, the Articles of confederationhad many flaws which brought problems. The new nation government was thought to be weak, one reason being that the articles of confederation only gave a one house legislature. Which meant that the 13 states had only one vote on any lawmaking rules and in order for it to pass at least 9 had to be for it. • 33. The Realism Theory Of The War On Afghanistan There are, however, aspects that disqualify the realism theory in examining the War in Afghanistan. For example, realism explicitly applies to relations between nations and consequently, war between countries. This was not the case, since the war did and still does not involve conflict between America and Afghanistan. Rather the war was between America and the Taliban government that supported the infamous terror group, al Qaeda. For this reason, realist theory does not explain this highly controversial war. Another aspect that contravenes realism as an appropriate theoretical approach to understanding the War in Afghanistan is that fact that, America toppled the Taliban government within its first few months of the invasion. Realism cannot, as a result, explain why American troops and those of allied forces have not yet been pulled out of Afghanistan more than a decade after war started (Bird and Marshall 37). Another principal attribute that disqualifies realism in debunking the Afghanistan War is the fact that America made concerted efforts to gain support from the United Nations (UN) before commencing the invasion. This contravenes the assertion put forth by the realist theory that, a nation does not take the international system or organization into consideration when taking actions directed towards safeguarding its survival. The autonomous action stipulated in realism is particularly essential when a state is threatened and cannot afford to trust other nations. In ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

There was no need for IP versions in 1969 when the internet began as ARPANET, a network set up by the United States Defense Advance Research Project. With only a few dozen computers on the net, each identified by a host name, they were able identify, contact and communicate with each other using host name only. • 36. Argumentative Essay On The Bill Of Rights The Bill of Rights is one of the most important things in the American government .The Bill of Rights has 10 Amendments. The fifth one however is one of the important one. The fifth Amendment deals with police procedures. Along with basic Constitutional limits, or in other words guidelines that Congress has to follow. The Fifth Amendment is a one of the most important Amendments because it gives people the rights to speech and privacy, the fifth doesn t let people be charged with the same felony twice, and it gives citizens the right to a fair trial. The first reason the fifth amendment is one of the more important amendments is because it gives people the rights to speech and privacy. No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or other infamous crime (Bill of Rights). This states that a person does not have to talk if they do not deem it fit. Someone can plead the fifth and they just stated that they do not want to talk. On the other hand some might say that this is not a strong argument because in other countries crime is limited because people have to speak. The government continued to take controversial steps restricting media freedom, justifying them mostly by the need to counter Russia s anti Ukraine propaganda (World Report 2017). This states that when banning the freedom of social media it protects the government and country from attacks, mainly Russia. Designer babies can also be made for medical reasons, by changing the genetics of a baby, diseases such as down syndrome and turner syndrome can be prevented.
