from last 2 years, Flowserve Co.Ltd. In ( Middle East / Saudi Arabia /
Al- Khobar ). And locking customer in SAUDI ARABIA, UAE, OMAN,
BHRAIN, DOHA AND TURKE Company is leading manufacturer of
mechanical seals, and pumps in world. At present I am working as
SR, ENGINEER ROTATING EQUPMENTS.
PRESENT ASSIGNMENT: Based in AI- KHOBAR, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,
I have to provide field support on Rotating Equipment, to Maintenance and
Operations groups of SABIC in Al-JUBALE and YANBU ,
This included Operation and maintenance works of mechanical equipments
(Centrifugal and Positive Displacement Pumps, Centrifugal and
Reciprocating Compressors, Turbines, Generator sets, etc,).
Ruston/Solar/RollsRoyce/GE Gas Turbines and Dresser/Solar/Elliott Borsig
Compressors and a variety of Pumps and other Equipment. Involved in
Troubleshooting, Condition Monitoring, Vibration Analysis and
Investigation and Analysis of Machinery Failures. Supervised major
Overhauls of Compressors and Gas Turbines and Conducted Field Tests.
Reviewed proposals for field changes to rotating equipment and auxiliary
systems. Provided input to design groups on proposals for new equipment
and modifications or retrofits to existing equipment. Liaised with
machinery vendors. Co-ordination, Efficiently communicated and liasoned
with OEM and international offices of company for these warranty issues.
Technical support and site support on special projects from concept to
finalization.I am involved major plant shutdown activities and overhauling.
Conducting training for new engineers and technicians. Also, I have to do
customer training and presentation.

2. I am also Mechanical Seals Specialist and having good knowledge about
API Plans, Conduct seal failure analysis and preparation of root cause
failure analysis report of mechanical seals and feed back to internal and
external customer for further improvements in the seals and sealant
systems. Supervision of local workshop activities i.e. assembly and
disassembly of the seals, inspection and investigation of failed seals,
repair/refurbishment and testing of the seals, inspection and quality control
of new parts manufactured in local facility, placement of orders to local
manufacturer, maintenance of machine tools, purchasing of raw materials
and workshop consumables.
