_Unlocking Inner Harmony_ The Power of Chakra Meditation_.pdfKnowing Overt
Chakra meditation is a profound practice that offers a multitude of benefits for our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. By focusing on balancing and activating our energy centers, we can tap into the transformative potential of chakra meditation and experience profound positive changes in our lives.
The history of chakra meditation can be traced back to the Vedic tradition of India. The Vedas are a collection of ancient texts that are the foundation of Hinduism, the chakras are mentioned in the Vedas, a collection of sacred texts that date back to 1500 BCE. In the Vedas, the word “chakra” comes from the Sanskrit word for “wheel” or “circle,” and it refers to the seven energy centers in the body that are said to be connected to our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, the chakras are described as vortexes of energy that are connected to the physical and spiritual body.
Explore how the chakra in body have been talked about throughout the historical time and way to unlock the potential of human body through these chakras
Eastern philosophy and medicine, originating in ancient India and China, have traditionally regarded body structures and the life processes occurring within as inseparable. Their terminology resides halfway between structure and function and identifies certain entities in the human body, representing the flow of life energy and, in some sense, conduits for that flow that do not correspond to anatomical structures recognized by Western science and medicine. The chakras are the energy centers in a person’s biological field and are responsible for his or her physiological and psychological condition as well as certain groups of organs. All vital functions of the human body are determined by energy that spins in the chakras. These can be defined as
“whirlpools referred,” and in Indian, they are considered “energy bursts” or “wheels.”
The process of energy transformation happens exactly in these centers. Vital energy, along with blood, circulates around the meridians in the chakras and fuels all organs and systems in the human body. When the circulation in these meridians stagnates, the human body becomes susceptible to various disorders. An excellent preventative method, designed explicitly to battle such stagnation is Chi Gun, an ancient Chinese method for self-healing which activates the energy centers. Chi Gun teaches people to release the energy themselves by massaging specific areas corresponding to the different chakras.
In each of us there is a Mothering energy, known for centuries as the key to spiritual enlightenment. It lies dormant, coiled in the Sacrum bone at the base of the spine. It is called Kundalini,
meaning feminine coiled energy. When awakened, we feel a
gentle cool fountain of energy above the top of the head and
cool vibrations on the hands. Sometimes a warm energy is felt as the Kundalini encounters friction in its path - however this will
clear to cool vibrations. The awakened Kundalini connects us
with our spirit and the universal love that surrounds and
pervades everywhere. This union of our spirit with the Divine
energy is the true Yoga event - yoga means ‘union’ or ‘yoking’.
Sahaja Yoga means ‘born with you’. Everyone has this energy
which can now be awakened spontaneously. With our attention
in the flow of cool vibrations above our head, we go into pure
thoughtless meditation. Then, with simple short daily practice,
we quickly experience the peace, joy and other amazing
benefits that this meditation brings. No need to believe, we
simply feel the truth as it manifests on our central nervous
system.
Founded by Shri Mataji in 1970, Sahaja Yoga is based on
principles of spirituality, humility and love that are over 2000
years old.
There are hundreds of yoga poses and their variations which have several health benefits. The correct definition of meditation is to think constantly of something. You become that on which you meditate.

Yoga has several asanas, some basic and some advanced for everybody. Meditation provides peace within our system. It has seven chakras.

The prostate is an exocrine gland of the male mammalian reproductive system
It is a walnut-sized gland that forms part of the male reproductive system and is located in front of the rectum and just below the urinary bladder
Function is to store and secrete a clear, slightly alkaline fluid that constitutes 10-30% of the volume of the seminal fluid that along with the spermatozoa, constitutes semen
A healthy human prostate measures (4cm-vertical, by 3cm-horizontal, 2cm ant-post ).
It surrounds the urethra just below the urinary bladder. It has anterior, median, posterior and two lateral lobes
It’s work is regulated by androgens which are responsible for male sex characteristics
Generalised disease of the prostate due to hormonal derangement which leads to non malignant enlargement of the gland (increase in the number of epithelial cells and stromal tissue)to cause compression of the urethra leading to symptoms (LUTS
Acute scrotum is a general term referring to an emergency condition affecting the contents or the wall of the scrotum.
There are a number of conditions that present acutely, predominantly with pain and/or swelling
A careful and detailed history and examination, and in some cases, investigations allow differentiation between these diagnoses. A prompt diagnosis is essential as the patient may require urgent surgical intervention
Testicular torsion refers to twisting of the spermatic cord, causing ischaemia of the testicle.
Testicular torsion results from inadequate fixation of the testis to the tunica vaginalis producing ischemia from reduced arterial inflow and venous outflow obstruction.
The prevalence of testicular torsion in adult patients hospitalized with acute scrotal pain is approximately 25 to 50 percent

Lung Cancer: Artificial Intelligence, Synergetics, Complex System Analysis, S...Oleg Kshivets
RESULTS: Overall life span (LS) was 2252.1±1742.5 days and cumulative 5-year survival (5YS) reached 73.2%, 10 years – 64.8%, 20 years – 42.5%. 513 LCP lived more than 5 years (LS=3124.6±1525.6 days), 148 LCP – more than 10 years (LS=5054.4±1504.1 days).199 LCP died because of LC (LS=562.7±374.5 days). 5YS of LCP after bi/lobectomies was significantly superior in comparison with LCP after pneumonectomies (78.1% vs.63.7%, P=0.00001 by log-rank test). AT significantly improved 5YS (66.3% vs. 34.8%) (P=0.00000 by log-rank test) only for LCP with N1-2. Cox modeling displayed that 5YS of LCP significantly depended on: phase transition (PT) early-invasive LC in terms of synergetics, PT N0—N12, cell ratio factors (ratio between cancer cells- CC and blood cells subpopulations), G1-3, histology, glucose, AT, blood cell circuit, prothrombin index, heparin tolerance, recalcification time (P=0.000-0.038). Neural networks, genetic algorithm selection and bootstrap simulation revealed relationships between 5YS and PT early-invasive LC (rank=1), PT N0—N12 (rank=2), thrombocytes/CC (3), erythrocytes/CC (4), eosinophils/CC (5), healthy cells/CC (6), lymphocytes/CC (7), segmented neutrophils/CC (8), stick neutrophils/CC (9), monocytes/CC (10); leucocytes/CC (11). Correct prediction of 5YS was 100% by neural networks computing (area under ROC curve=1.0; error=0.0).
CONCLUSIONS: 5YS of LCP after radical procedures significantly depended on: 1) PT early-invasive cancer; 2) PT N0--N12; 3) cell ratio factors; 4) blood cell circuit; 5) biochemical factors; 6) hemostasis system; 7) AT; 8) LC characteristics; 9) LC cell dynamics; 10) surgery type: lobectomy/pneumonectomy; 11) anthropometric data. Optimal diagnosis and treatment strategies for LC are: 1) screening and early detection of LC; 2) availability of experienced thoracic surgeons because of complexity of radical procedures; 3) aggressive en block surgery and adequate lymph node dissection for completeness; 4) precise prediction; 5) adjuvant chemoimmunoradiotherapy for LCP with unfavorable prognosis.

2 Case Reports of Gastric Ultrasound
Ethanol (CH3CH2OH), or beverage alcohol, is a two-carbon alcohol
that is rapidly distributed in the body and brain. Ethanol alters many
neurochemical systems and has rewarding and addictive properties. It
is the oldest recreational drug and likely contributes to more morbidity,
mortality, and public health costs than all illicit drugs combined. The
5th edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders
(DSM-5) integrates alcohol abuse and alcohol dependence into a single
disorder called alcohol use disorder (AUD), with mild, moderate,
and severe subclassifications (American Psychiatric Association, 2013).
In the DSM-5, all types of substance abuse and dependence have been
combined into a single substance use disorder (SUD) on a continuum
from mild to severe. A diagnosis of AUD requires that at least two of
the 11 DSM-5 behaviors be present within a 12-month period (mild
AUD: 2–3 criteria; moderate AUD: 4–5 criteria; severe AUD: 6–11 criteria).
The four main behavioral effects of AUD are impaired control over
drinking, negative social consequences, risky use, and altered physiological
effects (tolerance, withdrawal). This chapter presents an overview
of the prevalence and harmful consequences of AUD in the U.S.,
the systemic nature of the disease, neurocircuitry and stages of AUD,
comorbidities, fetal alcohol spectrum disorders, genetic risk factors, and
pharmacotherapies for AUD.

2. Our body is a treasure and we are on a treasure hunt.
If we follow the right path on this hunt, we are
rewarded with a lot of jewels like – good health,
peace, power, wisdom, energy, confidence, self-
esteem etc.
Let’s try to find out the precious “energy boxes”
called Chakras in our body, which will lead us
towards THE SUPREME POWER – THE CROWN!
3. SHATCHAKRA
THE YOGIC WHEELS OF CONSIOUSNESS
Shat = Six &
Chakra = wheel
These are six spinning circles of energy and regions of
mind power.
The shatchakra or “SIX WHEELS OF CONSIOUSNESS”
according to yogic concepts are channelize the human
potential energy (KUNDALINI SHAKTI/ क
ु ण्डलिनी;
means ‘coiled one’) to progress upwards through each
step of chakra for liberation.
4. The more common and most studied chakra
system incorporates six major chakras along with a
seventh centre/point generally not regarded as a
chakra.
Chakra function : To amplify and regulate
vital force of energy – PRANA.
5. KUNDALINI JAAGRAN
According to yoga, the potential energy(static) of
body can be converted into kinetic(Dynamic) energy
from either spontaneously or by meditation process.
This transformation of human potential energy to
kinetic energy is ‘awakening’.
Chakras are like transformers that regulates the flow
of energy.
6.
7. Chakra are the physiological and psychic centres that
emerged across Indian traditions.
The belief held that human life simultaneously exists
in two parallel dimensions, one "physical body"
(sthula sarir/ X4U5 xrIr)and other "psychological,
emotional, mind, non-physical" it is called the
"subtle body" (sukshma sarir/ sU(m xrIr).
This subtle body is energy, while the physical body is
mass.
8. The psyche or mind plane corresponds to and interacts
with the body plane, and the belief holds that the body
and the mind mutually affect each other.
The subtle body consists of nadi (energy channels)
connected by nodes of psychic energy called chakra.
The important chakras are situated in a column along the
spinal cord, from its base to the top of the head,
connected by vertical channels (Sushumna nadi).
9. The Chakras are traditionally considered meditation
aids.
The yogi progresses from lower chakras to the highest
chakra blossoming in the crown of the head, internalizing
the journey of spiritual ascent.
The chakras are pierced by a dormant energy residing
near or in the lowest chakra. In Hindu texts, she is
known as Kundalini.
10. Out of 88,000 chakras, only 108 chakras can be awakened or
activated. Out of these 108 chakras, there are 7 major or
you can call them the fundamental chakras.
These chakras are depicted as lotus flower but with a different
number of petals and colours.
When they are energized, they help us connect to our spirit
and receive the power from the universe.
Yoga and meditation help in activating these chakras
and in experiencing the power and energy at the
spiritual level.
11. They are :
1) SAHASRARA
2) AJNA
3) VISHUDDHI
4) ANAHAT
5) MANIPUR
6) SVADHISTAN
7) MOOLADHAR
12.
13. Each higher chakra controls that below it.
This is the law.
14. Name / meaning/ location
1) SAHASRARA – thousand petaled - crown
2) AJNA – command – between two eyebrows
3) VISHUDDHI – purest – throat
4) ANAHAT - unstuck – heart
5) MANIPUR/NABHI- jewel - navel
6) SVADHISTAN - Where the self is established - Root
of sexual organs
7) MOOLADHAR- root- base of spine
15. Concentrating upon each chakra has different
benefits to offer.
To activate these chakras one must start from
root to top. Each chakra gets activated when you
meditate and concentrate on its place by visualizing
its color and symbol with pronouncing its beej
mantra/ sound.
Along with it the practice of yoga adds energy and
helps in stimulating the activation of the chakras.
16.
17. ENERGY CURRENTS OF THE BODY
Ida :
It flows from the
left of the spine.
It is said to be
feminine current.
It is a passive
physical current.
It is materialistic
in nature.
Pingala:
It flows from the
right of the spine.
It is said to be the
masculine current.
It is aggrassive
intellectual
current.
It is mental in
nature.
Sushumana :
flows in the centre
of spinal cord.
It is spiritual in
nature, and flow
directly through
spine and into the
head.
18. Depending on the attitude and nature of each
individual, the energy generally expresses itself as
spiritual, physical or mental.
Developing, energizing and strengthening the flow of
sushumna helps in prevention and elimination of all
psychosomatic (mental & physical) disorders and
achieving PERFECT HEALTH.
19. 1) CHAKRAS: THE PSYCHO-PHYSIOLOGICAL
CENTRES
chakra function
Sahasrara Centre of bliss purity and transparency.
Ajna For knowledge , wisdom that stabilize the mind.
Vishuddha For selfless love. It strengthens super ego- the ideal life principle.
Anahat Centre of and for contentment. Emotional stability.
Manipur Centre of activity, purpose in and for life. One can move in life
only if one wants to move.
Swadhistana Centre for thinking. Herewhere majority of us live, think, act and
behave. Personality of an individual shapes from here.
Mooladhara Centre of one’s original self. Demarcating centre between human
nature and instinctive behaviour.
20. As these chakras relate with human emotions,
identifying the cause and effect of disease and then
concentrating and meditating on that chakra aids in
healing process of that diseased area.
22. Chakra Endocrine gland
Sahasrara Pineal
Ajna Pituitary
Vishuddha Thyroid, parathyroid
Anahat Thymus
Manipur Adrenal , pancreas
Swadhistana Ovaries and testies
Mooladhara Controls excretory function
23. THE HOMEOSTASIS EFFECT :
The functioning of all vital signs of body (BP, HR, RR
and temp.) are under control of this homeostasis.
Yogic practice gives micro massage effect to these
glands, reconditions these plexus thereby
- improving vascularity and oxygenation
- strengthening immunity.
24. 3) CHAKRAS AND FIVE COSMIC ELEMENTS
Chakras Elements Morale
Mooladhar Earth Be rooted to values in life
Swadhisthana Water Flow with current flexibility
Manipur Fire Keep the fire burning within-energy.
Anahat Air Open mindedness- spread fragrance
Vishuddha Ether/sky Accept life situation with smile.
25. Of these seven chakras, five are on the spine region
signifying qualities of five cosmic elements: air, water,
fire, earth and ether.
The mooladhar chakra is THE FOUNDATION. It
signifies how one is rooted to the ground. A firm
foundation stabilizes the whole architecture.
Live in the present and always live with hope signifies the
mooladhar.
One has to rise above the instinctive behaviour guides the
swadhisthana chakra.
26. The decision maker manipur chakra, decides whether one
wants to progress upwards or regress downwards towards
worldly pleasures.
Over sensitivity can be a hindrance and lead to psychosomatic
disease indicates the anahat chakra.
Knowledge and foresight strengthens awareness encourages
the vishuddha and ajna chakra respectively.
Chakra signifies that man is complete within himself. Only
thing is, one should identify, explore, cultivate and divert his
potential wards POSITIVE CRAETION and WELL-BEING.
