   - Play centre for 2.5-4 yr. olds
   - Nursery classes for 4-5 yr. olds
   - Inclusive education for 3-8 yr. olds

   - Day care for 6 months-12 yrs.
   - Child & family guidance and counseling

 In 2006, DU set up an Equal Opportunity Cell
  for students in ‘Reserved Categories’-
  SC, ST, OBC, Disability (http://eoc.du.ac.in)
 All 56 affiliated colleges expected to have an
  EOC on their campus, using DU guidelines
 L.I.C.has facilitated entry and education of
  many students who may have remained
  outside HEIs (Sharma, 2011)

 Developing locally suitable ECCE curriculum
 Training Anganwadi Workers
 Evaluating process & outcomes, including children’s
