This document provides a summary of various SharePoint projects completed by Trimantra Software Solution LLP. Safety Reporting System

Description This is an intranet site where employee can register/report a safety
issue. Issue can be categorised and will be assigned to specific
person to take corrective action.

SharePoint Based Negotiation System
Description The client corporate office owns multiple medical practices.
These medical practices are similar and most perform the
same types of procedures.
The rates or costs of these procedures are fixed between the
corporate office and each regional office one time per year.
The corporate office suggests the initial rate for each
procedure. In the past, the corporate office emailed each
regional office a spreadsheet with the suggested costs. This
spreadsheet was emailed back and forth until all of the rates
had been set and agreed to.
With our solution using SharePoint, the corporate office
would create a message which would be sent through an
SMTP server as an email to each branch instructing them
that the spreadsheet had been replaced with a new method
and to click the link in the email to take them into the new
negotiation system. A link in the email would allow the
regional office to login to the SharePoint site. There they
would find a matrix of their rates. They would be able to go
through the sheet make adjustments to the rates, notes
about the adjustments they made etc. They could then save
the information and revisit or simply submit it to the
corporate office. If submitted, the corporate office would get
an email saying that the regional office had submitted the
information and it was ready for corporate review. Corporate
and Regional could go back and forth until everyone agreed
on the rates for the procedures.
In addition to the methodology above, the system shall also
provide corporate a dashboard to see how much is done,
how much is left by each regional office, the ability to send
messages back and forth that were shown in the SharePoint
portal, the ability for corporate to send SMS messages to
regional recipients (as reminders to tell them to finish the
negotiation).
Housing the data about the negotiations, logging all
iterations of the negotiation, and providing data to the web
pages would be a SQL Server DB.
In order to provide data to the SQL Server, we add the
ability to upload a spreadsheet with the basic data per
regional office (as separate worksheets) included. This
upload feature is important. Additionally, the solution is able

to download the work sheet too.

SharePoint Web Part: Store Data in SQL Server
Description This SharePoint web part is store user data in SQL server table.
Web part will have a drop down box for week selection, A label to
show note ( if any in the database) a shoeprint rich text editor to
enter note
Once user will click on submit button the note will saved in the
data base. In case if there will be pre existing note then new note
will be appended with previous note.
In the property windows of the webpart there will be four fields to
set connection string, table name , filled and Notes character limit.
Connection string will be for connecting to the database. Table
name and field name will be used to fill up the dropdown box.
Notes character limit for set the limit of the note as per the
database.
On submit the information will be saved in
Admin_weekly_highlights table( as per the provided document and
image)

SharePoint Web Part: Display data from SQL server
Description This SharePoint web part stores user data in SQL server table.
We will create a web-part to show note from specific column of a
specific table.
To set the column name and table name, we will provide property
window where you can set these values.
Web-part will look like the image you have sent.

Aspx Page to Link Document Library Using Document Id Feature
Description This is a module for document management system. User can
upload document into in document library and can attach reference
with previously approved doc which are stored in other approved
document library. To achieve this feature we created a custom
ASPX page and used SharePoint 2010 feature called Document id.
It list down all approved document along with their id and title.
User selects the suitable reference from this list and submits the
document for approval. When the document is approved it is
moved to be approved document library but as we have used
document id feature the document always keep the reference as
document id is not changed.

SharePoint Event Handler
Description This SharePoint event handler used to assign user permission in
SharePoint group.

SharePoint Project Management Tool
Description Project management tool is developed to track different projects
running in the organization. It helps different stack holder, Project
manager, Management to understand the project status and its
progress.
Project manager enter project detail. Create different project task
and create milestone.
Resources are allocated to the project and then tasks are assigned
to these resources. Each resource can see their assigned task, due
task and issues
There is a provision team discussion and storing different project
documents.
Using SharePoint features, Site admin set permission to different
user group and accordingly data is displayed to the users
