Inventory Supervisor monitoring available supplies, materials, and products in order to ensure that customers and

 Co- ordinate flow of materials through departments of Food & Beverage. 
 Co-ordinate with Senior Purchase Manager. 
 Maintain records of goods ordered and received. 
 Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment. 
 Control purchasing department budget. 
 Prepare Inventory and Indent report and co-ordinate with the Corporate team. 
 Co-ordination with F&B team for requisite supplication. 
 Providing to procurement, Supervision, Audit, Planning budget and Future availability of 
stock, Market research and Forecast. 
Receptionist Aug 2011 to Dec 2013 
Duties: 
 Welcoming guests to the hotel in a polite, friendly and helpful manner. 
 Dealing with late arrivals and assisting with early check-outs. 
 Check out departing guests using the hotel’s accounting system.
 Taking payment from guests in the form of cash or credit cards. 
 Answering telephone inquiries promptly & professionally & transferring calls on. 
 Being a point of contact for guests should they have any queries. 
 Arranging for brief tours of the hotels rooms and facilities.
