This document provides the format guidelines for a research manuscript based on qualitative research. It outlines that the manuscript should include an introduction describing the problem background and literature review, a statement of the problem and significance of the study. It also recommends including the research methodology which describes the design, participants, data collection procedures, and data analysis approach. The completed manuscript would then include 3 chapters presenting the problem background, data analysis and findings, and conclusions and recommendations.
