Principles of  the 21 st  Century Skills Technology Team As Northeast High School prepares to enter its new school building in 2013-2014,  a 21 st  century skills technology team will be established to create a technology plan. As a servant leader, the principal believes educational leadership is collaborative process.  Principals and assistant principals often find themselves leading school-wide initiatives, or following the lead of  instructional staff members.

21 st  Century Skills Technology Team Development Based on the HSA exams, AYP data, and student benchmark scores on county exams,  department chairs will identify the learning standards students are having difficultly mastering. The 21 st  century technology skills team will develop lesson plans to help the students to meet the state learning  standards identified by the department chairs.
21st Century Skills English Sample Lesson plan English Sample Lesson plan 11th grade Information and Media Skills Outcome:  Students identify how Web 2.0 tools are used in the educational setting Example:  Students compare and contrast several educational Web 2.0 tools Teachers students can use  __www.bubbl.us__  or  www.befunky.com  to make comparisons, and to draw conclusions about the Web 2.0 tools. Example:  Students create a class presentation by choosing a Web 2.0 tool to explain its educational benefits. Teachers students can use an online tool of their choice to develop their presentation. Refer to the  __online presentation tools__  for suggestions.
