My high school learning experience involved science and sports like badminton. I conducted an energy transformation lab that required significant work but yielded unexpected results, demonstrating challenges with confirmation bias. Badminton provided teamwork and communication opportunities outside the classroom while also teaching emotional control, which impacts learning. Overall, my experiences show learning through different modalities like labs, sports, and managing emotion.
