Is a death signaling pathway,
it controls the cell
response to the harmful
extracellular stimulus.
P38 pathway:
It controls the
apoptosis and the
release of cytokines
by macrophages and
neutrophils.

4. Generalobjective
This study aimed to examine the anti-cancer effects of
protodioscin on bladder cancer. Two types of bladder
cancer cell lines, non-muscle-invasive 5637 cells and
muscle-invasive T24 cells, were used to evaluate the
effects of protodioscin on cell growth, migration, in-
vasion and epithelial–mesenchymal transition(EMT)
marker expressions.

JNK and MAPK, they are
related and can mitigate the
tumor growth, that’s why they
should also work more with this
sign.
