Candidate demonstrates understanding of the subject matter, mostly on learning from classes with some indication of further reading. 41 – 51 (51% - 64%) C – Average Descriptions & explanations of assumptions, concepts, and ideas are presented moderately clear and structured. There is some attempt to present the discussion or argument in a coherent manner.
