Selling Attitude Proposal
Attitude is the inner aspect of an individual and plays a great role in one’s success or failure.
Without the right attitude, whatever knowledge or skill imparted to that person will not fetch the
desired result. It’s like how much of perfume you spray in a filthy area the fragrance can’t be
enjoyed for duration. So, for the fragrance to be enjoyed for a longer duration, first the filth has to
be removed and perfume sprayed. Same is the effect on knowledge or skill imparted to a person.
Attitude is something that needs to be addressed first to achieve any positive impact from
knowledge or skills. On the other hand what is inside can only come out. Lord Krishna in Bhagavat
Gita says “Your thoughts drive to action and action decides the result”. This was emphasized by
Vivekananda, “one is made up of his thoughts”.
There can’t be something like personal behavior and professional behavior within a person. It’s all
one and the same. A person can pretend to be having a good or bad behavior at different places, but
that performance doesn’t last and his natural behavior comes out under stress. If someone is like
that, then he is not trust worthy.
This two day scheduled program is designed keeping in mind the above points. Details are given
below.
Objective:
Make the participants understand the fundamentals of human qualities that decide the quality of a
person and how he approaches his life.
Expected outcome
Paradigm shift in outlook towards life. Develop the right mindset to take knowledge and skill
related training programs for the benefit of self and organization. Becomes a team person shedding
fear, selfishness, greediness and anger. Personal life improves fetching joy overall.
It is better to conquer yourself than to win a thousand battles. Then the victory is yours. It
cannot be taken from you, not by angels or by demons, heaven or hell. Buddha

The content is based on 25 points that will help one to understand inside out.

2. Methodology:
Discovery learning is the best method. Case studies with apt examples, videos and games will be
part of this program.
Logistics
Program should not be arranged in the office premise as this lead to great distraction and deviation.
It should be arranged in a place where the participants can focus on the program and get into
learning mood. A gurukulam model.
Mobile phones are not allowed inside the training premise.
No handouts will be given as this will make the participants depend on them and will lose
concentration. Hence participants will be provided a note book where they have to write down the
learning in their own words.
Participants should come only in formal dress as prescribed by the organization. No jeans, T shirts ,
sneakers like.
Food should be only vegetarian and a very simple menu.
Number of participants per program should not exceed 20.
Arrangements:
Cluster seating arrangement with maximum of 5 participants per table
LCD projector with screen and audio arrangement
White board and marker pens. Six marker pens of blue and black only
Timing – 9.30am to 5.30pm with two tea breaks of 15 mts. and lunch break of 45 mts duration.
Investment per schedule:
Junior level Rs.25000/-
Middle level Rs.35000/
Senior level Rs.50000/-
This is only faculty fee and doesn’t include travel stay, food expenses when happens outside
Chennai.
In case of the program happening out of Chennai:-
Travel – If less than 8hrs by train 2nd Ac. If more than 8 hrs, by air, economy class.
Conveyance: By taxi(AC) to boarding station and to place of stay.

3. Stay: Decent hotel that meet the eligibility of senior management of the organisation.
Agreement:
Dates should be agreed upon at least 30 days in advance as this will help proper planning from both
the sides.
Both will mutually agree that dates agreed upon by us will not be altered by either of us.
Hotel bookings, travel bookings will be handled by the client and will keep us informed well in time.
Payments should be cleared within 30 days of completing a schedule. We will abide to the claim
process and formats if suggested by the client.
If TDS happens, form 16 to be provided duly.
