I have a passion for developing people by motivating, coaching, and guiding others to realize their potential and excel. Joining Dale Carnegie Training has allowed me to fulfill this passion by working with diverse audiences from students to managers to security forces, helping them increase skills like self-confidence, communication, and leadership. I am most passionate about helping trainees step outside their comfort zones to unlock new opportunities and creativity, which delights me when they apply these skills personally and professionally for greater success.
