Leadership skills shake-up. How to be successful in the hybrid work era4PSA
Leadership skills and methods need to change in order to accommodate the new hybrid model of work, part in-person, and part virtual. Coordinating remote teams is quite different from coordinating office teams. And leading hybrid teams is even more difficult.
Leaders should improve some of their skills and even acquire new ones to stay relevant and effective. Here are some tips on how to do it successfully.
1. To Whom it May Concern,
A winning attitude is everything and not only do I have the
attitude, I have a proven record of building, motivating, and
leading teams to achieve consistently winning seasons. This is the
kind of success I would bring to your school.
I have moved rapidly throughout all levels of coaching with each
position bringing more responsibility and accountability. I have
become known for my ability to rally floundering teams and unite
them under a common vision. My personal mantra of
collaboration, communication, and commitment has been crucial in
turning around players, teams, and entire athletic programs.
Additionally, my background in training kids and personal interest
in maintaining an active knowledge of new techniques gives me a
unique value that others may lack. I have worked repeatedly with
players who were recruited and signed to play at the collegiate
level, so I come well equipped with the background needed to help
make your High School a very successful program.
I am ready to transfer my knowledge of coaching and team
development to the next level, and believe that my strengths align
perfectly with your football program. I would welcome the
opportunity to meet with you to discuss my qualifications more in
depth. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Sincerely,
Ritchie Martin
