A wound is a break in the integrity of the skin or tissues, which may be associated with disruption of the structure and function.
Healing is the body’s response to injury in an attempt to restore normal structure and functions.
Healing can occur in two ways: Regeneration and Repair
There are 4 phases of wound healing: hemostasis, inflammation, proliferation, and remodeling. This document also describes the mechanism of wound healing. Factors that affect healing include infection, uncontrolled diabetes, poor nutrition, age, anemia, the presence of foreign bodies, etc.
Complications of wound healing like infection, hyperpigmentation of scar, contractures, and keloid formation.

- 2. Self – discipline is a state of order based on submission to rules and authority, self- control, initiative, and consistent hard work with or without supervision. Having discipline makes us a law-abiding and peace- loving person. We value the rules and regulations given to us because we understand their importance in our society. We believe that being self-disciplined and being law-abiding contribute to the development of our country and the world.
- 4. Self-discipline is an important value in developing and improving our skills. Discipline also involves a lot of self-control when we train ourselves to stick to a schedule, follow a certain diet, or abide by a set of rules. When we get used to following rules that are meant to make us better individuals, we will begin to get used to be being the better version of ourselves and we will able to do anything we set our mind into accomplishing. Keeping ourselves safe also requires self-discipline. We can also demonstrate self- discipline when we go online. The cyberspace may be not be a physical setting, but it is still a community, therefore, peace and order are still necessary. To achieve peace and order, we must follow the rules and regulations to avoid conflicts with other netizens. There are such thing as netiquette, which means etiquette for netizens. Therefore, we must be careful with whatever we upload, post, or comment online.
