accessing the shopping experience that occurs in
online channels

The airport needs to improve the
management of technical issues (response
times), launch new value-added services, and
optimize the profitability of its commercial
areas based on more information on
passenger behavior and traffic flows.
Issue
Have a solution that allows the analysis
by profiles of visits to the airport
(passengers, VIP passengers, Shenghen
passengers, escorts, employees, etc ...)
integrating with the airport's current
WIFI and APP infrastructure to obtain
detailed analysis of the profiles’ behavior,
and the possibility of interaction with
them through the mobile.
Challenge
Analytics are combined with the Airport APP / WEB to
understand the full cycle of conversion of messages to visit
and shopping.
Enables to locate passengers within the airport, functioning
as an indoor location system, even without APP
We send SMS, WhatSAPP, email, or push notifications
based on the passenger’s profile and position to increase
satisfaction and sales.
Seeketing installed nodes along the airport and was
integrated with data from the available WIFI network.
The data obtained can be filtered by Employees and
Passengers, depending on their behavior patterns
based on zones, being able to know how many
people come from the car park, taxi, bus, etc.
