products. It enables fast identification of non- effective
practices and facilitates constant development.

Daily Scrum

A process of adding the details, estimations and ordering Product Backlog
elements. It is being done by the Product Owner, Scrum Master and
Development Team, while the Sprint is progressing.

I help my team to understand Scrum and use it
properly. I am a filter between people from outside
the Scrum team and the
Development Team.

Scrum Master

We make the product. We are responsible for delivering the product
increment after each iterarion. We
are self-organising team and we
choose how to achieve the specified
increment.
